Nice to see my message getting wide support!
I’m a #dotnet developer.
But I feel like it’s time to add a new language to my toolbox (for backend development).
What would you suggest me to learn?
My main focus is API development. I work in Windows, with Visual Studio + VS Code

C# and the framework are basically one - for better/worse. Idisposable, ienunerator, tasks are all part of framework and core to c#. Also the point extends to the language. Keep 1 version of switch, drop at least 1 way of doing delegates. Simplify based on what is latest.

Our campaign is success, Microsoft have dropped F# from next big .NET release - no talk about it here, so it is dead!
This is first step to end evil of functional programming!
Let's make it happen together @DotNetIsCSharp !
