🚨 $XRPN — KNOW THE FULL STORY
$XRPN didn't suddenly appear with this week's surge.
I got in 1st last year .....
Oct. 2025: Evernorth was formed and announced its plan to build a major institutional XRP treasury through a combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II.
Shortly afterward, Armada changed its Nasdaq ticker from $AACI → $XRPN, setting the stage for Evernorth's eventual public-market debut.
Fast-forward to today:
🔥 $XRPN surged 273% last week, briefly touching $53
🔹 Merger expected to close Oct. 7
🔹 Evernorth expected to trade as $XRPN Oct. 8
🔹 Treasury: ~473M XRP, currently worth roughly $714M
🔹 Backed by Ripple, SBI, Arrington, Pantera, Kraken & GSR
This is more than another XRP proxy.
Evernorth is being built as a publicly traded institutional XRP treasury company, with a strategy designed to increase XRP exposure per share.
From a 2025 idea → to hundreds of millions in XRP → to Nasdaq.
XRP continues moving deeper into institutional capital markets.

🚨 SEC Tokenization Exemption .. Key Takeaways
The SEC is opening a regulatory pathway for tokenized U.S. stocks to trade on blockchain networks, potentially accelerating institutional adoption.
Ethereum (ETH): Two proposed trading venues plan to use Ethereum Layer 2 networks.
Canton Network: Selected by another proposed trading venue.
Solana (SOL): Advocating stricter standards for permissionless blockchains.
Hedera (HBAR): Pushing for public, permissioned networks to qualify.
XRP, XLM, AVAX, ALGO and XDC: Potentially relevant, but not identified among the initial proposed venues.
Why it matters: The SEC’s interpretation of public and permissionless infrastructure could determine which blockchain architectures qualify for regulated stock tokenization.
Important: The exemption does not constitute SEC approval of individual blockchains. Some stock issuers have also objected to having their shares tokenized.
Bottom line: Tokenization is moving closer to regulated U.S. financial markets. The next major question is which blockchain networks will meet the regulatory requirements and ultimately attract institutional activity.
