One of the moments I feel the most skilled is when performing a semi annual reassessment in those with progressive neurological conditions.

the NRA i knew when I was very young would have posted something like "this is an example of a safe way to unload a shotgun". To promote gun safety.
You are no longer a gun organization. You are a political organization.
If you cannot see the difference between an unload and a load of a shotgun in a crystal clear video then I don't see why anyone should ever take gun advice from your 'organization' ever again.

So Elon Musk is operating a super PAC.
Super PAC's are forbidden by law to coordinate with campaigns.
Elon musk campaigned with Trump last week.
Therefore, if I've read the law correctly, Elon Musk and Donald Trump violated campaign finance law.

This Government film from 2021 brilliantly demonstrates it.
If this had been shown regularly since 2021 we would’ve saved lives and fewer people would’ve been disabled by COVID-19.

It’s why mask bans are dangerous. Police aren’t trained to make medical decisions. They shouldn’t be the ones deciding who can and can’t legally wear a mask.

I no longer giving grace to people calling Long Covid a mysterious new disease with lots of symptoms to chase. It’s not. It’s got subgroups. The predominate one causing chronic disability is ME/CFS. PEM is a unifying construct. There’s the approach in a tweet. Go discover stuff.
