80% of your immune cells reside in the gut. The microbiome is the control panel for digestion, inflammation, mood, and how well you tolerate anything that hits the system hard. Sauerkraut is one of the densest sources of live bacteria available. A spoonful delivers trillions of lactobacilli and enzymes. University of Michigan research showed that mice with intact gut flora survived lethal doses of chemotherapy that killed the others. Chemotherapy, like antibiotics, does not distinguish between the "good" and "bad" bacteria. It wipes the entire field. It is important to rebuild this microbiome after it is wiped out. Other fermented foods do the same job at lower density: Plain yogurt with live cultures, kefir, kimchi, kombucha. Prebiotic fibers feed them. Artichokes, onions, garlic, apples, and beans supply the inulin and resistant starch those bacteria need to stay. Studies have linked higher lactobacilli to less bone loss in older women and to chemicals that help relax blood vessels. Clinically, the oral and gut microbiomes are not separate systems. Periodontal pathogens can translocate and shift gut ecology. Patients who address deeper gingival pocket depths and also eat real fermented food and fiber tend to show less systemic inflammation and better tissue response. The mouth is one entry point. The gut is where most of the immune training happens. So, some tips that may help: Eat fermented food daily, keep plant fiber high, cut the sugar that feeds the wrong organisms, and get adequate sleep. After any course of antibiotics or a hard medical hit, rebuild this collection of bacteria. 🤘

Processed food is not just empty calories. It is an independent risk factor for depression. Multiple studies show the same pattern. In one cohort of nearly 9,000 people, those eating fast food, fried food, and commercial baked goods were 51% more likely to develop depression. A separate five-year study found a 58% higher risk in people whose diets were high in processed meat, sweet desserts, fried food, and refined cereals. The SMILES trial put people with depression on a real-food diet (vegetables, fruit, fish, less refined carbs and sweets) for 12 weeks. One-third no longer met the criteria for depression. The control group did not. The mechanisms are not mysterious. These foods drive oxidative stress and systemic inflammation. They spike blood sugar, then crash it. They displace the protein, zinc, iron, B vitamins, and omega-3s the brain needs to make neurotransmitters. High-fructose corn syrup shows up repeatedly in the data on mood disorders. The same inflammatory load that damages arteries and joints also reaches the brain. Clinically the patients who live on ultra-processed food are the ones who also show more bleeding pockets and slower healing. Chronic inflammation does not stay in one organ. The mouth is often where it shows up first. 🤘

Binders and chelators do two different jobs. Binders sit in the gut and adsorb toxins so they leave in the stool. Chelators grab metals in the bloodstream and pull them out through urine or feces. EDTA is the classic example of the second. It binds lead and mercury, makes them too heavy to stay circulating, and they exit in the urine. Practitioners who use chelation for metal-related neurological issues have reported improvements in communication and function in some autistic children when metals are reduced and the gut is supported at the same time. One documented case involved a vaccine-injured child diagnosed with autism at age three. After metals were pulled, the gut was rebalanced, and binders were continued, the child regained normal speech. The point made by the clinicians involved was simple: Keep removing the load instead of adding more of it. Silica from certain mineral waters (such as Fiji Water) can help move aluminum. Cilantro has been used as a food-based approach for mercury. Activated charcoal and EDTA appear together in several vaccine-injury protocols because one works in the gut while the other works systemically. Clinically, patients who support elimination (bowel motility, binders when indicated, and adequate hydration) while also cleaning periodontal pockets tend to show less chronic inflammation overall. The mouth is one more place where metals and toxins can sit. Clearing the gut load does not replace treating the oral cavity, but it reduces the total burden the body is carrying. Unfortunately, detoxing is necessary in today's toxin laden world. 🤘

An excellent product I use daily. @XlearInc has pointed out that forest humidity is closer to what your nasal passages actually prefer. Dry indoor air (especially heated winter air) dries the mucosa, slows mucociliary clearance, and makes it harder for the nose to filter and humidify the air before it reaches the lungs. A properly moist nasal lining supports better airflow, less irritation, and more consistent nitric oxide production. When the nose stays clear and moist, people are less likely to default to mouth breathing. Mouth breathing dries saliva, raises cavity risk, and skips the nose’s natural filtration and NO production. Xylitol-based nasal sprays like Xlear help keep the lining from drying out without the harshness of some other rinses. Forest air is humid for a reason. Your nose works better when you don’t force it into desert conditions all day. 🤘
More than saline. Xlear Nasal Spray pairs saline with xylitol to help moisturize your nose and support its natural defenses. 💧🌿 Xlear.com #xlear #nasalcare #xylitol #nasalspray

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulfur compound that occurs naturally in living tissue. Sulfur is the third most abundant mineral in the body and is required for joint cartilage, keratin, and flexible cell membranes. Roughly half of total body sulfur sits in muscle, skin, and bone. The body does not store it, so daily intake matters. Modern processing and industrial agriculture have reduced the amount of bioavailable sulfur in food. When cells lack sulfur they become more rigid. MSM supplies the organic form that supports glutathione production, helps clear heavy metals, and improves local circulation when tissue is injured. It has been studied for joint support and has shown dose-dependent reductions in breast cancer cell viability in laboratory work, including triple-negative lines. Dr. Stephanie Seneff has noted its potential role in replacing sulfur lost to glyphosate exposure. Clinically, connective tissue in the periodontal ligament and gingiva depends on sulfur-containing structures. Patients who add MSM while also addressing pockets and eating sulfur-rich foods (garlic, meat, eggs) often report less joint stiffness and better tissue resilience. It is not a substitute for cleaning the biofilm, but it supports the repair side of the equation. Start low with food, stay hydrated, and take it earlier in the day. Full effects usually appear after about two weeks. It's not only for horses and dogs... 🤘

Chlorine dioxide clears biofilms that antibiotics cannot reach. It is a selective oxidizer. At the low parts-per-million concentrations used in water treatment and the protocols documented by Dr. Andreas Kalcker, it oxidizes pathogen structures and their protective matrix while leaving healthy tissue largely intact. Lab data have shown 99.99% reduction of MRSA at 0.5–5 ppm and rapid penetration of biofilms that standard drugs do not enter. The official comparison is always to bleach. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite. Chlorine dioxide is a different molecule with different redox behavior. One chlorinates; the other oxidizes. Follow established protocols, start low, stay hydrated, and store the solution in amber glass in the fridge. The yellow color is the active indicator. When the color fades, the potency has dropped. Chlorine dioxide is suppressed because it is a compound that works on resistant organisms and biofilms at a low cost. Where there is no "money" to be made, the effective therapeutic will be pushed aside and demonized. See my previous post for more information on protocols and how to obtain or make your own solution. I recently made a 30 ppm nasal spray solution. Soon, I'll also be whipping up a brand new 3000 ppm solution. Cheers. 🤘

Collagen is the scaffolding that holds gingival tissues, bone, and connective tissue together. The body builds it from good food sources. Vitamin C is non-negotiable. Without it the body cannot cross-link collagen. Bell peppers, kiwi, citrus, berries, and dark leafy greens supply the amount needed for synthesis. In the mouth that matters for the periodontal ligament and the tissue that seals the tooth to the gum. Pine nuts stand out among nuts because their vitamin E is linked to stimulating collagen production rather than just protecting it. Sulfur from meat, poultry, fish, and milk supplies a structural component of connective tissue. Silica from foods such as mangoes and horsetail supports the matrix. Omega-3 fats from salmon and other sources reduce the inflammation that breaks collagen down faster than it can be rebuilt. Selenium from Brazil nuts and flavonoids from berries and cacao help protect existing collagen from oxidative damage. Clinically, patients who eat real vitamin C sources, animal protein, and some fatty fish tend to show better tissue response after cleanings and less progressive recession over time. Feed the raw materials and the repair side works better. 🤘

Coconut oil is half lauric acid. That medium-chain fat is the main reason it shows up in so many different data sets. Animal work on light-induced retinal stress found lower caspase-3 activity and better preservation of retinal structure when coconut oil was present. The authors attributed the effect to its polyphenols, tocopherols, and lauric acid. A separate 21-day pilot in Alzheimer’s patients used 40 ml per day and reported gains in temporal orientation, semantic memory, and episodic memory. The proposed mechanism is ketone production, giving the brain an alternative fuel when glucose utilization is impaired. One tablespoon daily has been linked to higher HDL and modest drops in BMI and waist circumference in some trials. The saturated fats in coconut oil stay stable at cooking temperatures and do not form the same oxidation products seen with polyunsaturated seed oils. Lauric acid also carries antimicrobial activity, which is why oil pulling reduces oral bacterial load and can improve breath. Clinically, patients who pull with coconut oil a few times a week often show less surface plaque and less morning odor. It does not clean interdental spaces or replace pocket therapy, but it supports the local environment while the mechanical cleaning is done. The same fat that raises ketones, supports HDL, and shows antimicrobial effects in the mouth is still just food. Use it in cooking or as a measured daily amount. The mechanisms line up with what traditional use already claimed. 🤘

Chewing is one of the main mechanical signals that shapes the jaws in early childhood. The force of mastication loads the periodontal ligament, alveolar bone, and the sutures of the midface. That load tells the bone to grow wider and denser. When kids eat mostly soft, processed foods, the daily chewing force drops. The jaws stay narrower, the dental arches do not expand as fully, and the tongue has less room. The result is crowding, a higher chance of mouth breathing, and a smaller airway that the face then grows around. Anthropological comparisons of populations that ate tougher diets show broader dental arches and fewer impacted teeth. Modern soft diets reverse that pattern within a generation. The bone is responding to the load it actually receives, not the load it was designed for. Clinically, children who still chew meat on the bone, raw vegetables, and tougher fruits tend to show wider arches and less crowding by the mixed-dentition stage. The ones living on pouches, purees, and soft carbs often need expansion or extractions later. The window is early. Once the permanent teeth are in and the growth plates are closing, the mechanical opportunity is smaller. Give kids food that requires real chewing. Let them work for it. The jaw grows to the demand you place on it. 🤘

Seed oils carry higher deuterium loads than ancestral animal fats. Deuterium is heavy hydrogen. Mitochondria use a rotating motor (ATP synthase) powered by normal hydrogen. Excess deuterium can jam that motor, reducing ATP output and increasing cellular wear. Animal fats (butter, lard, tallow) are among the lowest-deuterium foods. Seed oils and high-sugar foods carry more, and their polyunsaturated fats make deuterium entry into mitochondria easier. Sunlight (UV, red, and infrared) and sweating support mitochondrial efficiency and help clear deuterium. The shift from animal fats to industrial oils tracks the same decades as rising metabolic disease. Your grandparents’ stored fat came from low-deuterium animal sources. Modern fat is built from oils that do the opposite. 🤘

🚨mRNA Vaccine Shedding🚨 - Summary A new study published by @NicHulscher @P_McCulloughMD and @Docjohnc details how mRNA vaccination causes shedding. Two distinct forms have been identified: 1. Human-to-human shedding Vaccine spike protein and mRNA have been detected inside circulating exosomes years after vaccination. Exosomes are naturally present in bodily secretions: - Breast milk: Vaccine mRNA already detected - Saliva: Exosomes confirmed, vaccine materials never tested - Exhaled breath: Exosomes confirmed, vaccine materials never tested - Sweat: Exosomes detected, vaccine materials never tested Exosomes can deliver genetic material into recipient cells and alter their activity. An observational study also found menstrual irregularities in unvaccinated women associated with proximity to vaccinated individuals. Direct testing of whether vaccine-derived materials transfer through saliva, breath, sweat, or other secretions has never been done. 2. Transcriptional (internal) shedding After vaccination, cells produce spike protein. Fragments can enter the bloodstream and travel inside exosomes. Two additional mechanisms may extend this: - Cell division: Daughter cells can inherit vaccine-derived proteins and altered materials - Cell-to-cell spread: Exosomes can carry spike-related materials to cells that never received the original mRNA This creates a self-reinforcing cycle: Spike production → fragmentation → exosome release → cellular disruption → further spread. As these materials move between cells, they interfere with blood coagulation, innate immune sensing, tumor-suppressor signaling, receptor regulation, and interferon signaling. The possibility of sustained cellular disruption and human-to-human exposure has not been directly tested. Until it is, the authors argue a halt to mRNA technology is warranted to protect unvaccinated bystanders.

Rapidly progressing malignancies, sometimes called turbo cancers, are being reported after mRNA vaccination. The clinical pattern described by multiple clinicians includes tumors appearing within weeks of injection, advancing faster than expected, appearing in atypical locations, and reactivating previously dormant cancers. Japan’s Dr. Masanori Fukushima has stated that these rapid-progressing cancers were not seen by doctors at this rate before the vaccine rollouts, with patients often reaching stage 4 by the time of diagnosis. Mechanistic findings include suppression of the p53 tumor-suppressor protein by the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, persistent spike production reported for a year or more after vaccination, and T-cell exhaustion from ongoing antigen exposure. DNA contamination, including the SV40 promoter/enhancer sequence in Pfizer products, has been confirmed by Health Canada. Residual DNA has also been reported in both Pfizer and Moderna products. Epidemiological signals include a 27% higher overall cancer risk in one South Korean analysis, elevated hospitalizations for certain cancers in Italian data, and a surge in non-Hodgkin lymphoma in U.S. military data in 2021. Canadian mortality patterns and VAERS reports have also been cited as diverging from historical trends beginning in 2021. Alarming to say the least... 🤘

Chlorine dioxide (CDS) is one of the few therapeutics that actually clears a biofilm without nuking the terrain. It’s a selective oxidizer. At the low ppm range used in water treatment and the protocols Dr. Andreas Kalcker has documented for years, it oxidizes pathogens and their extracellular matrix while leaving healthy tissue largely alone. Lab work has shown it can drop MRSA by 99.99% at 0.5–5 ppm, degrade viral nucleic acids, and penetrate biofilms that standard antibiotics cannot reach. The same chemistry has been used for decades to cut dioxins in pulp processing. The suppression story is predictable. NASA once called it a universal antidote for neutralizing pathogens and toxins. Bolivia’s Cochabamba province approved CDS for COVID use. Kalcker’s site (andreaskalcker.com) has the longest public record of the protocols, dosing ranges, and mechanisms. Mainstream medicine still treats it as if it were bleach. It is not. Bleach is sodium hypochlorite; chlorine dioxide is a different molecule with a different redox behavior. (The reaction of hydrochloric or citric acid with potassium chlorate) Start low. Stay hydrated. Follow the established protocols. The chemistry is real. If you want to make your own 3000 ppm solution, Dr. Kalcker has a video you can follow (link below). Store your solution in an amber glass bottle in the fridge. You can also purchase premade 3000 ppm solutions online as referenced by @MakisMedicine Remember, "If it's yellow, it works" -- Kalcker. I actually have some homemade CDS in my fridge from a year or more ago, and it's still yellow! "Just drink a schluck more" -- Kalcker. If you needed it immediately and didn't have it already pre-mixed: "3 drops of chlorite and acid in a syringe, and push the gas into water. Zinc doesn’t just “support immunity.” It blocks the viral polymerase, and it starves the periodontal pathogens that need it to make their proteases. What moves zinc into the cell and the pocket: - Zinc + quercetin or EGCG (ionophore effect) - Zinc carnosine or picolinate over oxide - Keep copper in mind if you’re running high-dose zinc for more than a few weeks Clinical observation: Patients who raise zinc status and clean the pockets at the same time stop the bleeding faster than cleaning alone. The same zinc that helps T also keeps P. gingivalis from chewing the collagen matrix as efficiently. Does not work if the patient is still living on sugar and seed oils. 🤘

The rule: "Avoid the sun between 10 and 4." ⠀ What actually happens when you follow it 👇 ⠀ Morning and late afternoon ⠀ ✅ UVA (shows up about an hour after sunrise, sticks around all day) ❌ UVB ❌ Vitamin D ⠀ Midday ⠀ ✅ UVA ✅ UVB (only gets through once the sun is high) ✅ Vitamin D ✅ Your strongest melanin signal ⠀ See the problem? ⠀ UVB is what your skin uses to make vitamin D. Follow the rule, and you're getting sun on your skin while making little to no vitamin D from it. ⠀ And UVB is also what drives melanin, your skin's natural protection. Skip midday every day, and your skin never builds that protection up. ⠀ The rule assumes more UV = more danger. But midday also packs your strongest dose into the shortest time, so you need far fewer minutes outside to get what you came for. ⠀ It's like the gym. Nobody says "avoid lifting, it breaks down muscle." You pick the right weight for your level, recover and adapt. ⠀ The better rule: ⠀ 1. Go out at midday, but keep it short 2. Match your time to your skin type and how built up your skin is 3. Stop well before you'd ever turn pink ⠀ Midday sun isn't the enemy. Too much of it, too fast, is.

Vitamin D3 is not a hormone until the liver and kidneys finish the job. Both steps require magnesium. Without K2 the calcium it raises can land in soft tissue instead of bone. What actually works: - 25(OH)D tested first (most people in Michigan winter are low) - D3 + K2 (MK-7) together - Magnesium glycinate or threonate daily - Stop when labs hit the 60–80 ng/mL range and symptoms improve Clinical observation: Low vitamin D tracks with more bleeding on probing and slower healing after scaling and root planing. The same patients who stay low despite “taking D” almost always have low RBC magnesium. 🤘

Weight gain after 40 is not a willpower problem. It’s a physiology problem. Ultra-processed foods (pizza, chips, cookies, ice cream) hit the addiction centers harder once fiber and protein are stripped out. Blood sugar spikes, dopamine drops, and the cycle repeats. Sleep collapses in midlife and women show higher CRP and IL-6 when they get less than eight hours. That inflammation drives insulin resistance and keeps cortisol elevated, which makes fat loss more difficult even if calories stay the same. Menopause adds the next layer. Estrogen drops, bone turnover rises, and the minerals that actually help (boron, magnesium, food-state forms) keep getting restricted while the system sells more symptom management. The same inflammatory loop that makes the scale stall also shows up in the mouth—higher bleeding scores, slower healing, and more attachment loss when the metabolic background is inflamed. Clinically, women who cut the ultra-processed load, protect sleep, and restore the minerals that support thyroid and bone usually see both the scale and the pockets move. Food first. Sleep. Minerals. 🤘
