🪳 The frustrating part of NEET-PG counselling is that your rank can remain the same, but your chances can change completely because of the reservation roster. 🪳 Suppose you want Nuclear Medicine at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (Dr. RMLIMS), Lucknow. Now imagine the AIQ seat is allotted to the SC/ST category this year. As a General candidate, you cannot compete for that reserved seat. If it is an Open seat, you can compete on merit. Similarly, suppose the UP state-quota seat was OBC last year. If the roster shifts it to General, you get another opportunity. But if it shifts to SC/ST, that route closes for you. And then comes the uncertainty of the stray round, where you might be hoping that a reserved seat eventually converts to Open. Same rank. Same preparation. But a different seat roster can change your available options completely. In counselling, sometimes the biggest uncertainty isn't your rank. It's the seat matrix. 💀 #NEETPG

Candidates are now calculating every possible combination: Round 1 seat + free exit + no seat in Rounds 2 and 3. Round 1 seat + upgrade in Round 2 + resignation. No seat in Round 1 + seat in Round 2 + non-joining. Round 1 seat + free exit + Round 3 seat + non-joining. And God knows how many more! 💀 The underlying problem is that counselling rules have consequences that depend on multiple variables: the round in which a seat is allotted, whether the candidate joins, whether free exit applies, whether the security deposit is forfeited, and whether the candidate participates in subsequent rounds. The rules should be clear enough that candidates don't have to ask these questions in the first place. 😂 #NEETPG

Whenever I make a payment towards my outstanding balance, pay my monthly bill, or purchase something using my credit card, the transaction is recorded. However, when a third party issues a refund to my credit card, the refund is not clearly reflected in the app, or the information does not update promptly. This makes it difficult to track refunds, reconcile transactions, and understand my actual outstanding balance and available credit limit. Additionally, I feel the app's interface and transaction classification could be made much more user-friendly. A clearer breakdown of purchases, payments, refunds, and other adjustments would make it significantly easier for customers to track their finances. My intention is not to criticise SBI Card unnecessarily, but to highlight a genuine user experience issue so that the service can improve.
