Zak Patricia, your legacy is on the line
The Patriots are blitzing on 41.2% of opposing dropbacks this season, the 6th-highest rate in the NFL.
That's up from 28.1% in 2025. Yet their pressure rate has barely changed:
2025: 35.2%
2026: 37.0%
A lot more blitzing for just a 1.8 percentage-point increase in pressure.
Is the extra aggressiveness worth it?

Drake “Top Right” Maye
Give this dude Higgins and Chase and he’d make Burrow look like Joe Nix.

“Josh McDaniels game”
Yeah, I’m out
.@GregABedard on what to expect from Drake Maye vs. the Packers' defense:
"With not much around Drake Maye, I don't expect a lot from him. I think a winning game for Drake Maye would be: no turnovers and hit the occasional big play."
"I think it's going to have to be a Josh McDaniels game... I think this is a steep challenge for Drake Maye and the Patriots' passing offense."
