Less hair, more energy ๐ด
Absolutely incredible weekend, thanks to all the players, coaches, fans and creators who took the time to talk with me - the future of Fortnite burns as bright as ever.
You are all why we do what we do, thank you.

Leaving for Belgium on Tuesday so sending off right.
New pizza dough recipe absolutely bangs.
Bonus flop check.

I worked very closely with Johnny for many years at Epic - he is not only one of the most talented, but also most passionate designers I have ever been lucky enough to learn from and grow alongside.
This more than anything tells me that Forever is going to be something special.
I can FINALLY share that I am on the #WoW Forever team!!! I've already added a TON of really exciting things for you all to discover, and plenty more to come.
This is the start of forever โฅ๏ธ

Vote daily in Legends Landing starting now!
We will announce the results at the Fortnite Global Championship.
Took a break from the season launch weekend work to run some Avatar sets, got really annoyed having to spend meter to get bigger damage off near-corner jH air to air.
Microdash after 236M, very slight delay into 236L for stability.

Okay Overdrive Grenades should actually be fixed in Vending Machines now, give it a few minutes if not populating for you.
Testing validation gave us a false-positive before sending out, apologies for that one!
Happy... Overdriving??
First round of updates as we go in to the weekend, thanks for all the love so far - keep gaming, gamers๐ซก
Additional clarification point - Midas' Masterpiece does not drop from Dr. Eggman in Competitive - he still drops an 8-Bit Shotgun.

โฌ๏ธ Sprites can now be found in Chests.
๐ฎ Adjusted Aim Assist to restore behavior and feel to last season.
๐ Added Overdrive Grenades to Vending Machines
๐ซ Midasโ Masterpiece now temporarily drops from Dr. Eggman instead of in gold rifts.
๐ก Gold Sprites can now be found in Cheat Codes!
๐ซ๐ซ Accuracy Buffs to Dual Pistols, pew pew!
๐ต Mega Buster damage and projectile speed increased.
This is the 42nd Fortnite season I have been a part of shipping. Insane to put that in writing, but after 10 years at Epic (most of it with this team), my only thought:
I'm so lucky to work with the best people in the industry, and so grateful to everyone who shows up to play.
Again, anyone in the FGC poking fun at or dunking on the 2XKO team - do better. Especially those of you with large followings.
Absolute embarrassment, especially coming off such an amazing weekend of tournaments and community togetherness.
Riot friends, DM's are open.
With a heavy heart, the @Play2XKO team shares an update about the future.
- Active development will end in December.
- The final content patch goes live in October.
- Servers stay online.
- In-game purchases made before August 20 will be refunded.

Vending Machine stocks should be fixed - team is discussing what/where to add to them (have heard a lot of you asking for Overdrive Grenades!), but wanted to make sure we cleared the no-stock issues first.
Chests should also drop mats in all playlists again.
Happy Capitalism!

Fun story.
When I started at Epic on Paragon, I sat next to Tha.
I watched him pick Grux every game for 4 days straight and was convinced he was a Grux onetrick.
Absolute legend ๐ซก
People often ask me why I've stayed at Epic so long - 10 years at any given studio is a lot in this industry!
My answer is always the same; I get to work with the best people in the world. Always have.
Thank you so much for playing, and continuing to support this wild ride ๐ซก
