The Mavs just finished shootaround ahead of tonight’s NBA Cup game against the Jazz.
Assistant Drew Williamson knocked down the first halfcourt shot that we got to witness & video coordinator Aaron Robinson knocked down the second. He daps up Zaccharie Risacher to celebrate.
I taught you well… @AceRobinson_ 🫡
Many years of watching one of the greatest shooters of all time (Me) and it’s finally rubbing off!!

Dear Stacey Abrams,
This moment is dedicated to YOU.
Before Keisha Lance Bottoms made history as the first Black woman elected governor in America, you dared to show us that it was possible.
You ran when the road was uncertain. You stood tall when the outcome wasn’t what we’d hoped. And instead of allowing defeat to define your story, you continued the work of making sure our voices were heard.
Your courage, your grace, your commitment to voting rights, and your power to organize helped lay the groundwork for a Georgia that looks different today.
And while we celebrate this historic victory and the wave of change sweeping across the country, we cannot forget the women who helped make moments like this possible.
Stacey, we see you. We thank you. And we give you your flowers.

If you watch only one video today, you should watch this edit with @SymoneDSanders from last night, speaking on the 92%.
And when I tell you I’ve watched it three or four times and get choked up every time— this one hits hard.

This is a difficult message to share…
@jimmynicholsjr5, a former player at @PCFriarsmbb, @VCU_Hoops & @CoastalMBB, has been fighting for his life in Uruguay, where he was playing professionally.
Jimmy has undergone several emergency operations and remains in critical condition under 24/7 supervision and care.
Over the weekend, doctors warned us to prepare for the worst.
Thanks to the incredible efforts of @votetimscott’s office, Jimmy’s parents were able to urgently travel to Uruguay to be by their son’s side. Since their arrival, Jimmy’s outlook has improved greatly.
But Jimmy still has a long fight ahead of him — and he and his family need our help.
The unforeseen medical, travel and related expenses are staggering. Any contribution, no matter the amount, can make a meaningful difference as his family focuses on Jimmy’s recovery and ultimately bringing him home.
First and foremost, the Nichols family asks for your prayers. Please pray for Jimmy, his strength, his healing, and everyone caring for him.
If you are able to contribute, please consider helping. If you cannot, sharing this message can make a difference too.
Jimmy is fighting. His family is beside him. Let’s make sure they know the basketball community is behind them.
🙏 Pray for Jimmy.
