PSA, if using Kamal, there is a bug in dotenv (3.1.5) where the .kamal/secrets will not read environment variables, so KAMAL_REGISTRY_PASSWORD: $KAMAL_REGISTRY_PASSWORD will return ERROR (Kamal::ConfigurationError): Secret 'KAMAL_REGISTRY_PASSWORD' not found in .kamal/secrets.

Learned something new about ollama and context sizes. If you are losing context but the model supports larger contexts, you can increase this and override the defaults. blog.driftingruby.com/ollama…
