Towolabs/Bifrost new requirements for provider listings is pure predatory gatekeeping.
Currently the vast majority of providers operating on the network would not clear the requirements and many will lose listed status if they don't pay attention enough to jump through the hoops.
A single provider that is already highly over delegated by an absurd amount is actively gatekeeping valid, productive, and upstanding providers and will absolutely negatively affect VP for majority of providers moving forward while concentrating Vote Power to a select few that are already over delegated or near over delegation.
