A 32-hour, 4-day workweek with no cut in pay would improve millions of lives.
Abolish the 5-day workweek.
I genuinely believe a 4 day workweek with 5 to 6 hour days would change society for the better. People would be less stressed, spend more time with family and friends, and actually have the energy to enjoy life instead of just recovering from work. We'd probably end up healthier and happier because of it.

Luke Falk shared a Mike Leach story that stopped me cold:
Two kids. One rich. One poor.
Every training camp, Coach Leach told his team about these 2 kids.
The rich kid has two choices.
Get soft. Get entitled. Expect everything handed to him because he was handed more.
Or take the resources, the coaching, the opportunities, and compound them into something greater.
The poor kid has two choices too.
Say nobody gave him anything. Blame the world. Make his circumstances the reason he never became what he could have been.
Or outwork everyone in the room.
Luke said the locker room had both. Kids from wealth. Kids from nothing. Kids with every advantage. Kids who scraped for every inch.
Same choice for all of them.
Ownership or victimhood.
Fuel or excuse.
The rich kid can waste the head start or build on it.
The poor kid can drown in the deficit or weaponize it.
Greatness doesn't come from where you start.
It comes from which kid you choose to feed.
Credit to @coachlukefalk for continuing to share golden nuggets about Coach’s legacy
As an ole miss fan, the @brianhadad ‘s of the world make it easy to root for state against lsu.. I like anybody that is a truth teller and doesn’t let fandom or emotions sway them, that’s him. @SportsTalkMiss @MichaelBorkey

I wanna see some big pushes and records broken. If you’re mad, donate. If you wanting to get revenge, donate. Every little bit helps right now. Concerted effort. GIVE @grovecollectnil @walkerj29
I made a bet at the beginning of the year that I would donate $1,000 to @grovecollectnil if we made the playoffs. That bet was fulfilled today. I’m not as strapped as some of y’all young fools, so since I did monthly I went up to $1,500 for the year. All in for the #GOLDingEra

“I think you’ll see a name that everybody will really be happy with in the next day or two that will coach in the playoffs with us.”
