“I take pride in the fact that people go home having felt that for 90 minutes today, life is beautiful – and that’s it, basically. That’s why professional football exists.”

Wildwood is absolutely one of the most visually brilliant and artistically compelling movies of the year if not period.
At multiple points in the film I actively forgot I was watching a stop motion film. The tech used for the movie is genuinely jaw-droppingly breathtaking.

The demands will stop when our politicians stop signalling to the world that we are weak, naive and riddled with guilt.
No one voted for this.
British politicians of all stripes need to put the British people first in every area of policy: immigration, economy, defence, energy and welfare.
Saw it at the cinema today.
Went home and ordered in on Apple TV for full price.
Very few films do I do that for.
Go see it

The #Wildwood experience in a nutshell:
#Wildwood.
Wow.
I don’t know how they made it.
The entire last 3rd was one big flex.
Beautiful story, full of emotion, great villain, stunning set pieces and a fair bit of humour. The right amount. Not the marvel kind.
Pease go see it. It’ll be referenced for years.

Once Arsenal is 1 goal up and you see Hincapie on the touchline just start planning for your next fixture
This needs a tunnel tribute @northbanksyafc
RESOLUTE 🧱
Limiting Liverpool to their first-ever Premier League game without a shot on target at Anfield 😮

No team had ever done this to Liverpool at Anfield in Premier League history.

4 away games we failed to win last season, all within our opening 9 games this season
We’ve won all 4, without conceding a goal.
Exceptional.
