Been working on something pretty big behind the scenes, and I wanted to give you guys a little insight into where I’m looking to take Casino Society. The long-term vision has always been bigger than just NFTs. I want Casino Society to become a place where we can actually build things together, create opportunities, and turn ideas into real projects and businesses. Right now, I’m developing and testing an AI-powered ecosystem that will eventually help make that possible. The goal is to give our community a place where members can collaborate, share ideas, learn new skills, and get involved in building projects under the Casino Society brand. And I don’t expect everyone to know how to code or understand AI. Part of what I’m working toward is making these tools accessible through tutorials, resources, and guidance so that anyone who’s interested can start learning and contributing. Whether that’s building something on the XRPL, developing a new business idea, creating digital products, or exploring opportunities outside of Web3, I want us to have the resources to actually pursue those things. Ultimately, I want to create opportunities that can generate real value for the Society and its holders as we grow. I’m still building the foundation, testing things, and figuring out how to make everything work together before opening it up more broadly. There are a lot of moving pieces, and I’m keeping most of the details under wraps for now. But I wanted you guys to know that I’m actively working toward something much bigger for this community. I don’t want Casino Society to just be something you hold. I want it to become something you can be part of building. no crying in the casino.

Only a couple days away since the start of @CasinoSociety_ Insane that it’s already been a year. Grateful to have met every single one of you on this journey. The amount of growth I’ve seen in individuals within the Society has been bullish to say the least. This past year has been one of the best learning experiences not only in Web3 but in life as well. As we get closer to the one year anniversary I’m reminded where everything started. I’m reminded of the power of community and collective effort. Everything started from a simple philosophy and has continued to affect others not only in this environment but in IRL as well. Shoutout to all the OGs, new members and others that support the ethos, we couldn’t have had near the level of success that we had without you. My personal development has sky rocketed since the start of the brand, the people within the Society have pushed me to be accountable, encourage growth, and “send it higher” Everyday I wake up with a peace knowing that we’ve built and grown something great. There is no stopping the movement. For all of you that have witnessed this or have been apart of this journey I just want to say - thank you. Jobs not finished, we have so many more places to reach and grow into. I cannot wait to see what a year from now looks like for the community. I will never forget this past year, and the effect the Society has had within me. We’re just getting started, and I have no doubt in higher. 🥇 Bullion Project Update Bullion is the first live implementation of the Flywheel Protocol, an on-chain system designed to turn real protocol activity into transparent rewards for participating users. The idea is simple: Bullion trading activity ↓ Creator fees are generated ↓ Flywheel collects and accounts for the revenue ↓ Revenue is routed into dedicated pools ↓ Bullion depositors receive a proportional share Unlike reward systems that rely on constantly printing new tokens, Flywheel is being designed around actual revenue generated by the protocol. Depositing Bullion does not magically create rewards. It determines your share of the revenue that enters the system. Where development stands The first Flywheel smart-contract infrastructure has been built and is currently being tested and connected to Bullion. The system includes: • A dedicated adapter for collecting Bullion’s creator fees
• A Collector that records and routes incoming revenue
• A project Registry that stores the correct treasury, revenue source, status, and settlement configuration
• A dedicated Bullion treasury
• A separate LP reserve destination
• Standardized on-chain revenue receipts so funds can be traced through every stage
• Automatic fee collection planned on a six-hour cycle
• Contract controls for pausing, administration, and future configuration The current focus is proving the full flow from creator-fee collection all the way through user deposits and reward claims. What holders can expect Once the Bullion dashboard and reward contracts complete testing, holders will be able to deposit any amount of Bullion into a weighted reward pool. Users will select one of four reward epochs: • 1 hour: 25% multiplier
• 6 hours: 50% multiplier
• 12 hours: 75% multiplier
• 24 hours: 100% multiplier Your pool weight will be calculated using: Deposited Bullion × selected epoch multiplier Deposits will enter a pending state and activate at the next reward epoch. This prevents someone from depositing at the last second and taking rewards generated before they joined. Users will be able to: • View their active and pending Bullion
• Track their percentage of the reward pool
• Monitor protocol revenue and pending rewards
• Claim available rewards
• Compound eligible rewards into a future epoch
• Withdraw their deposited Bullion Withdrawing before completing the full 24-hour epoch will include a 5% burn of the Bullion being withdrawn. Users who complete the full epoch avoid that burn. Revenue allocation The current Bullion model routes collected revenue into: • 90% for the Bullion reward system
• 10% reserved for future LP incentives The LP system will be introduced later. The goal is to eventually use reserved assets to support Bullion liquidity pairs and create another layer of participation around the ecosystem. What happens next: We are not activating the complete system until the accounting, deposits, withdrawals, fee routing, and claims have been tested from beginning to end. The next milestones are: Fee collection → Treasury routing → Deposit activation → Pool-weight accounting → Reward funding → User claims → Full balance reconciliation Once every part behaves correctly, the dashboard will move from testing into public activation. Bullion is the first project proving the model, but Flywheel is being designed to scale far beyond one token. Future projects will be able to connect creator fees, NFT royalties, marketplace income, direct deposits, and other on-chain revenue sources while configuring their own treasuries and reward systems. Bullion is the first turn of the wheel. The larger protocol is what we’re building toward.

Flywheel is a protocol we’re building to route on-chain protocol revenue into configurable reward systems. Our goal is to create infrastructure that allows communities to benefit from real protocol activity rather than relying solely on speculation. Bullion is the first project proving that vision. Over the coming weeks we’ll continue integrating and testing Flywheel. As those systems are verified, Bullion holders will gain access to protocol features including on-chain deposits, configurable reward settlement, and additional functionality as it moves from testing into production. We’re also planning to migrate Bullion to Pons V2 once it’s publicly available so we can take advantage of its improved launch infrastructure and native features.
