some helpful advice Iβd love to give to myself when I was younger is that you shouldnβt prioritize people who donβt prioritize you!!
Itβs very two way street with people. You canβt be the only one reaching out. you canβt be the only one constantly thinking of others. Thereβs multiple moments I thought of others and I wasnβt even an after thought to them. And if I could have gone life not caring nearly as much I think I wouldnβt be as anxious as I am now. I hope this helps others realize itβs healthy to not be 24/7 thinking of others and itβs ok to do things for yourself also!! extended the hand is always nice but sometimes you shouldnβt be the only one extending it.
