A lot of the web designers and developers I've met over the years are skeptical of AI, and I get it. We're bombarded all day every day with new tools, workflows, and AI grifters talking about how anything and everything is about to be replaced by AI. It's easy to put your head down, focus on client work, and act like this is all gonna pass. But... that's not going to happen. AI is here to stay. That doesn't mean it's time to throw your entire workflow in the garbage - it means it's time to adapt your workflow for the future. Most of the designers & developers I know follow the same process: Design a site in Figma, get approval from the client, and then build it out in Webflow/Framer. The final part of that process often takes the longest. So... what if you could do that final part in just a few hours? Your client gets the exact design you showed them, developed in perfect code with Next.js/Astro, and hosted for free with Vercel/Cloudflare. Does that sound like more AI hype bullshit... or does it sound like a genuine improvement of your workflow? If you want to step out of denial and embrace the future - I've partnered with @RanSegall and @FluxAcademyHQ to do a 4-day sprint where you will go from a custom Figma design to a fully-built website. No nonsense, just practical, usable knowledge which you can start selling to clients right away. If that sounds good to you, join us :) Link to sign up is in the thread!!

imagine... your client just sent you a @figma design. one hour later, you send them a custom @nextjs project matching their design exactly - hosted for free through @vercel not a prototype. a real website - ready to launch. what do you think your client would pay you?

The #PodsFightPoverty campaign is now DOUBLING donations from new donors through December, sending cash to 3 Rwandan villages in extreme poverty. With the support of 40+ podcasts, we’ve made amazing progress. But there’s much more to do. Our team in Rwanda said families continue to face daily challenges like food insecurity, leaky roofs, and paying school fees. You can help by donating at GiveDirectly.org/Pods. Over $400k in matching funds from @GiveMultiplier expire at the end of December.

To kick off Giving Season, I’m matching donations up to £100,000 (details below), across 10 charities and 6 cause areas. If you want to join, say how much you’re donating and where, as a reply or quote! I’ll run this up until 31st December. The charities are in replies below! Details of the match: **I’ll give this money whatever happens, so this isn’t increasing the total amount I’m giving to charity.** However, your donations will change *where* I’m giving. I’ll allocate my donations in proportion to the ratio of donations from others as part of the match, with two bits of nuance: 1. I’ll cap donations at £40,000 to any one cause area 2. To prevent extreme ratios, I’ll treat every charity on the list as already having received £1000. The aim of this match is to encourage public giving and public discussion around giving, so I'll only match people who publicly state that they are giving on here or other social media, as a reply or quote. I'll also tweet at more length about the top-3 charities as we're coming to the end of the year.

'Don't mix frogs and old women'??? 😕 Makes sense in Serbian, but it's absolute nonsense in English. Google Translate though, won't tell you that. That's why I've just launched bettertranslationai.com/ Get the right translation for the right context, every single time. powered by @memberstack, @vercel, and GPT-5.
i vibe coded something for a video demo and accidentally made one of the most useful apps i have ever used 😂😂😂😂
