Blakey wants the Cats despite how hard it will be for the Swans to do a deal there, and the Cats footy department has been keen for some time. Essendon has cash + picks + former mentors McVeigh and Longmire. Blakey already eyed the GC as a potential home last year. Tier 2: North Melbourne and St Kilda Despite family connection the Roos sit behind in his order and the Saints feel like they’re out of the hunt already. Dees also have the picks and war chest to have a crack if they choose.
