Friends from South Sudan drove from Juba to Nairobi in 24 hours aboard an LC 300. One described Juba – Busia as the HARD PART. Apparently, Busia–Nairobi is now the soft life. 😂
At around 8 AM, they made a stopover at my home in Kibugat to say hello, stretch their legs and enjoy the beautiful tea fields. After a brief visit, they said goodbye and continued their journey to Nairobi via Bomet.

Turkana County is one massive county in surface area. Kapera and Kibish are two towns in Turkana county, they’re separated by a distance of 585KM. That’s a distance from Naivasha to Mombasa. Imagine Naivasha and Mombasa being in the same county.
