$HTZ FTDs do matter:
When fails-to-deliver stay high, the responsible brokers (including market makers) eventually must close them out by buying or borrowing shares under Regulation SHO rules. That buying adds demand. Combined with:
Very high short interest on HTZ (recent figures around 123–126 million shares short, roughly 35–39% of shares outstanding and higher percentages of the float in some calculations),
Days-to-cover often in the 6–10+ range,
High borrow fees (reports near 80% annualized at times),
…the setup creates technical conditions where forced covering can accelerate if buying pressure appears. Persistent FTDs reduce available supply and can tighten the borrow market further, making it harder or more expensive for shorts to stay in their position.
$ASTS AST SpaceMobile is upgraded to strong buy, with a $140/share fair value, despite recent stock weakness and execution delays.
1. Manufacturing issues delayed satellite launches, but intermittent US service is still targeted for end-2026, with full coverage dependent on launch cadence.
2. SpaceX’s spectrum acquisition is viewed as an overreaction; ASTS remains well-positioned with strong MNO partnerships and limited direct competition.
3. ASTS maintains a solid financial position, and New Glenn launch progress could accelerate constellation deployment, supporting the long-term bullish thesis.
As a reference, I've called:

$KEEL Financing is no problem when Amazon is your tenant. There is literally nothing to be worried about here. Looking foward to the Sharon DEP permit clearing today with no public comments. If anything, Keel still has the edge here. There has been nothing but absolute misinformation here lately. We go from the honest sector to the worst in months. The move back up is going to be violent. I think Q1 next year, we will go back on a tear. Hopefully this week we can stabilize and start going back up some.

$KEEL How can there be all this AI spending when they can't even get most of the data centers built? I think the numbers are a bit blown out of proportion. The fewer the data centers, the better economics for Keel. That's probably the best thing that could happen for Keel is major pushback.
It's weird it's like are skipping the most important part where a ton of the money needs to spent. Hopefully people wake up soon and realize without the power there is no AI 😂😂. Especially in regards to companies ready to go with approved or almost approved facilities vs anything new that will have a hell of a time getting approved in the majority of the US especially with Democrats coming into power
I’m only going to say this ONCE.
