GM everyone. Happy taco tuesday. Decided for my good morning post to do a taco tutorial! Hope you enjoy. Have a great day and rest if your week! Dutch’s Taco Tuesday Matrix Tacos 🌮 1. Corn is key — Always use corn tortillas for street tacos. More fiber, more traditional, better taste. Double them up and stagger so the filling stays put. 2. Beef is best, but mix it up — Carne asada is king, but don’t sleep on lengua, cabeza, pollo, pork, or shrimp. My usual combo: carne asada, pollo, and lengua. 3. If it’s too spicy, get out the kitchen — Load up your favorite salsa + guac (guac is extra, obviously). Flavor first, then build that heat tolerance. Chipotle crema and roasted orange salsa are my go-tos. Never skip the pico — the Dutchess' mango pico de gallo hits different. 4. Don’t forget the veggies — Pickled and roasted carrots, jalapeños, onions, even nopales. The pickled ones cut through the fat and spice perfectly. 5. No cilantro + lime? Not worth it — (Sorry to the soap-gene crew.) The freshness and acid cut the richness and heat. Non-negotiable. Enjoy the tacos, burritos, churros, chips, and all the good stuff today. May God bless it to you and give you a great week, brothers, sisters, friends, and everyone in between. May He guide us and be praised in the highest. 🙏

If you get a min help my friend spydr get to 1k so I can bonk him with the bat of discipline 1000 times.
