There are not “two sides” in bitcoin. It’s not core vs knots. It’s not devs vs users. It’s *way* more interesting than that. The only thing you can control in Bitcoin is what software *you* run. Literally. That is all. All of the emergent governance properties stem from that. From the inability to coerce others. Don’t like core? Cool. Code your own implementation! Don’t like it? There’s a bunch of really smart people doing that kind of thing, so run one of theirs. Put it through an AI and analyze it. Learn something. But don’t expect other people to do what you want. It’s just not possible. Bitcoin is anti-collectivist by its very design, but humans have collectivism hard wired into their brains. Even the most hardcore libertarians can’t erase millions of years of evolution. They want to form tribes. They want to convince their fellow man to act for the good of the tribe. But the bitcoin protocol is brutal. It suffers no democracy, no tribes, no voting systems. It boggles the mind. It confounds us. It doesn’t act like any governance system we have ever seen, and it’s deeply non human in its nature. It makes us go insane: Why aren’t the other people seeing what I’m seeing? Are they evil? Stupid? Are they all conspiring? Did the deep state pay everyone to embed jpgs into the blockchain? All of these questions are our inability to face a governance system that is antithetical to human existence. It is the reason for Bitcoin derangement syndrome. It is the reason so many people have rage quit through the years and started their own coins, with a nice side benefit of self interested dreams of riches and cult leadership, of course. You only get to decide what software *you* run. That is all. Embrace it, and you discover an ability to predict game theoretic outcomes for Bitcoin movements. Reject this, and face Bitcoin derangement syndrome and myriad altcoins.

This is the most hypocritical gaslighting post. “I had to censor and cancel these people who weren’t pro-Israel enough because I’m fighting for diversity of thought”

The dichotomy between these two tweets on my timeline today is almost like art. The text offers great contrast of course, but even the visuals as well. Colorful and rural vs gray and stuffy.

When someone tells you that Bitcoin mining uses more electricity than, say, Sweden, just say "well, it's worth more".

I’ll do color commentary for the fight or the handies. Also, I know Renato Laranja, if you want some REAL color commentary. We have announced tournaments together in the past. He trains with Joe Rogan at Eddy Bravo’s. I can ask Eddy to referee, if you want a real spectacle.

Bitcoin is great because it has the chance of ending what enables big government. Simple as that.

30-year fixed mortgages now over 8%. No one can afford to buy now. Rents shooting up too. Time to implement my plan of tax-free, government-backed 3% mortgage bonds to make homeownership accessible again. #Kennedy24

I stand corrected. Thank you. I read several articles trying to put this together, and Wiki was on the list a few times. I apologize, i should have re verified it. Somehow how I missed this 👇 It also says WIKI closed their BitPay account.

The way a person regards @RonPaul is a great litmus test If you dislike Ron Paul, you’re not a real libertarian If you don’t respect the author of “End The Fed” yet, you have more learning to do about why #Bitcoin matters so much Long live the Ron Paul peaceful revolution ✌️

They actually become demons when they die. First they sit in a tub until they become body porridge, then they get molded into glorified scary trash cans in the sub hell levels of the afterlife.
