Harry Kane is the prime example of what makes an elite #9.

Instead, he has intelligence, movement, technical precision, and ruthless efficiency.

If Manchester City are banished to the Championship for a single season almost none of their stars will leave.
They’ll destroy the Championship, come straight back up with a formidable squad with a unique bond, and go straight back to challenging for Premier League titles.
That would be a disgrace.
The punishment MUST be over the duration of at LEAST 5 seasons to restore parity in the modern game, both for English and European football.
If I had it my way it would be for the 9 seasons for when they are guilty with an additional punishment for every season thereafter, including this one, making it 18 in total.
Why?
Because the foundations of their success post breaches are ENTIRELY built via cheating!
In that case, not a single player would want to stay at the club, and that would be the only way to restore parity in the English game, otherwise every other club might as well break the rules to establish themselves amongst the elite for their remainder of their clubs history.
City shaped the future of countless clubs across the world over the last two decades, all of which in negative and history-defining fashion. It’s time to drop the most heinous hammer possible to punish them for those sins. Expulsion, even.
