"Juul is fighting to keep its e-cigarettes on the market." The FDA has regulated tobacco for more than a decade but I don't remember ever seeing this headline for Marlboro. I support free choice across the board but American tobacco control is a joke.

Flavored CIGARETTES were 1-2% of the market. Somehow, researchers find banning them caused a 43% decline in teen smoking from 2002 to 2017. This "shows incredible promise" for future bans on 'flavored' e-cigarettes.
