This is an experiment using the Antenna Unit and the First Stage Receiver Unit (FSRU) of the #EISCAT3D at the #EISCAT Kiruna site. Because of the FSRU's ability too rapidly change directions, we can obtain whole sky images of the galactic noise in a short time.

We don't only work on #EISCAT3D. We also have to make sure that our current system works as it should. This means much more practical work. Like this: removal of a broken gearbox in #EISCAT #Tromsø. Our system is quite old and needs constant monitoring and maintenance.
