Our usual Midsummer Music concert being cancelled didn't stop us from bringing music to our Friends! Julia Desbruslais and Margaret gave 8 wonderful mini concerts in people's front gardens. Neighbours came and everyone enjoyed live music again! Government guidelines were followed

Nigel Clayton and @ImmaSetiadi1 gave us an immensely enjoyable evening with their Four Handed Winners lecture. The piano became a complete orchestra, including percussion, as we enjoyed music from Bach to Bernstein interspersed by many lovely anecdotes #everyonematters #music

Join us tomorrow night in The Chapel at Whitgift House for Music Matters. Duncan Edworthy will be giving us a talk on his work in the West End as a musician's dentist. It should make for a very interesting and different evening! 7 for 7.30, £12 on the door. #music #croydon
Last week, we celebrated 90 years of Benslow music with @Benslow_Music. We gave three concerts at three care homes around Hitchin. We had a big group of amateur musicians and @MartinSmithVln on the violin. This is us performing at Foxholes Care Home in their orangery! #music

Sublime evening with @Terciarealidad exploring his transcription of Bach's Goldberg variations that he first performed in a little station in Poland. Incredible how he manages to get all the notes of a piano onto a violin! #musicmatters #bach #violin #croydon

After the day at St Nicholas, Margaret spent the afternoon preparing for two more days of workshops with Hayes School. There was a lot of sorting music into pads!

We had a great day at St Nicholas School working with their Year 6 pupils who played the percussion in a band of young musicians. They worked together to perform some fun music and really sounded good in their concert at the end of the day. I think an exciting day was had by all!

On Sunday, some young musicians will be giving a family concert at the Bromley Reform Synagogue as part of a new project. It would be lovely to see lots of friendly faces in the audience to support the work of Everyone Matters! #music #free #concert #Bromley

A magical evening at Ripley Arts Centre with over 70 friends of EM being entertained by The Lakeside Clarinet Quartet, Margaret, Maya Magub, Jonathan Duke, and featuring Clara Heffes aged 10 on the violin & piano. Then time to enjoy the garden, listen to music and eat canapes!
