East TN Air 2029 - Williams

I am truly excited about the opportunity to become the Head Basketball Coach at Berean Christian School. This opportunity means more to me than simply coaching basketball—it is an opportunity to invest in young men, build relationships, and help shape the kind of people they will become long after their playing days are over. I believe coaching is a calling and an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people. My philosophy is built around faith, family, hard work, discipline, accountability, and servant leadership, which I believe aligns naturally with the mission and values of Berean Christian School. I want to build a program where our players are challenged to grow as athletes, but more importantly, as young men of character and faith. I am excited about the opportunity to lead the Eagles, build strong relationships, and create a program that our players, families, and school community can be proud of. A special thank you to the coaches and mentors who invested their time, knowledge, and trust in me throughout my career. I would not be in this position without the lessons you’ve taught me and the opportunities you’ve given me.
