Have you changed how you charged your EV over the years ? I just realised our last 100% soc in the Soul was April!! We're relaxed about range & charging now yet when we started in the Kona I used to charge to 100% on solar all the time

Octopus say it's due to the car being left plugged in which is sort of true but I did unplug and replug in as I know the zappi keeps count as one session if you don't . I'm confident it'll fix itself tonight and charge ok
