We should consider removing the word "but" from our leadership vocabulary. It triggers negativity & drains trust from conversations. We should 1) Focus on what’s said before “but" 2) Replace “but” with curiosity 3) Stop before the “but": hbr.org/2022/08/for-better-n… Via @HBSExecEd
