In a comment to the FAA, SpaceX says it wants to launch 10,000 times per year.
The FAA asked for input on where to build new spaceports and how to give rocket launches priority in US airspace. They're preparing for 10,000 launches a year by 2035.
SpaceX replied that rockets aren't the bottleneck anymore, the FAA's outdated air traffic processes are. They created their own airspace tool (Cleared) that most major US airlines already get for free.
They also noted that Starbase Louisiana is designed for ~30 launches and reentries PER DAY (!!)

Over the past few months, Anthropic scientists have engaged in deep research partnerships with six organizations developing new medicines. We've also begun drug discovery efforts of our own.
In doing so, we’ve learned much more about how Claude can support the many stages of drug development.
In this blog post, we share some early results from these efforts, and describe how this work fits in with our wider ambitions in the life sciences.

I left Tesla over two years ago, and in the background, I’ve been quietly building my research and data company, Physical AI Data (physicalaidata.com).
Whenever I looked for data on, say, robotaxi vehicle counts, ride counts, collision rates, or other data points, I realized there was no global “one-stop shop” dataset across robotaxis, humanoids, and other physical AI industries.
So I decided to build one.
And of course, once you build a super-detailed dataset with your team, it makes sense to turn that data into research and conclusions that help physical AI companies and investors understand what to focus on and where things are heading.
At Tesla, I had the enormous privilege of spending quality time with some of the world’s best engineers and learning directly from them. Undoubtedly, Tesla was developing physical AI before “physical AI” became a term. So building this platform felt like a natural next step.
In my view, physical AI, starting with robotaxis (our main focus thus far), will impact our daily lives so profoundly that it makes sense to build a platform dedicated to explaining it in plain language.
Physical AI will have a profound impact on our daily lives, but the data surrounding it is still very scattered.
We’re launching PhysicalAIData.com to bring it all together in one place.
A new bot called "Director," by Xi Yan, showed up in the Grok Bot Marketplace. It's a video director that takes a brief and plans, shoots, cuts and delivers short films, ads, explainers or music videos. Import it, it comes with a pack of video skills.

Tesla just registered another 81 Cybercabs for its Robotaxi fleet, bringing the total number of Cybercabs registered to date to 546, according to the Texas DMV.
This means Tesla has now added nearly 200 Cybercabs to its robotaxi in just the last week alone.

Framed perfectly by @PeterDiamandis: the company selling you tokens is selling you compute. The company selling you results is selling you labor. That shift is worth a 1000x price point, and @sama started figuring it out.
Munro Live has just released a deep dive into Tesla’s Cybercab production line with Lars Moravy and the Cybercab team.
Here are some of the exclusive engineering details shared in the video:
• Production currently ahead of deployments.
• Unboxed framing tested on Cybertruck years ago.
• Battery layout designed for future lengths and seat rows.
• Battery electronics accessible from underneath.
• Lower-cost steel battery enclosure.
• Space reserved for future LFP cells.
• Individually replaceable battery modules.
• Wireless battery-management communications.
• Reusable contactors replace the one-use pyro fuse.
• Heat pump has no refrigerant hoses.
• Inverter board designed for multiple suppliers.
• Planned lubricant change: 7% less gear-mesh loss.
• Mechanical oil pump replaces the electric one.
• Inverter electronics planned for Model 3/Y this year.
• Body colour added during moulding.
• Only the side modules get E-coat.

I turned my DJI Mavic into a home security drone with REA & Opus 5.5.
this f*cking is insane..
I reverse-engineered my DJI drone with Opus 5.5
no cloud. no GPS on the target. it all runs on the phone. iPhone or Android.
here's the build step by step:
step 1 → plug a spare phone into the Mavic remote and paste the prompt below into Claude Code on Opus 5.5
step 2 → Opus checks your drone against the DJI Mobile SDK v5 list. not on it?
stop there. no firmware hacks
step 3 → it builds a small app on the official DJI SDK: Swift for iPhone, Kotlin for Android
step 4 → sync with the alarm: Home Assistant sees it trigger → push to your phone → one tap "Launch"
step 5 → eyes: a tiny YOLO model on the phone's chip. Core ML on iPhone, LiteRT on Android
step 6 → memory: a Kalman filter. he runs behind a fence → LOCKED → COASTING → re-locks on the same ID
step 7 → hands: Virtual Stick at 10 Hz. box center → yaw, box size → distance, never closer than 8 m
step 8 → at the property line it stops, climbs to 30 m and keeps the camera on him until he's out of sight
step 9 → lands back on the pad. the clip with track, distance and timestamps is already on your phone
the alarm wakes you up. the drone already knows where he went...
Find full prompt below
Then, read the article below on how to reverse-engineer anything with Opus 5.5.
