2 Prayers that have changed me.
1: 'Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.'
This is done meditatively and complitatively by breathing in the breath of life 'Lord, Jesus Christ, Son of God...' that I may bear His image in me and to breath out my true sacrifice of a contrite heart '...Have mercy on me, a sinner' emptying myself humbly before Christ.
Through this prayer I am recentered away from my anxious self. It keeps me humble and embolden me against the demons. Sometimes when I have a bad dream I'll pray it in my dream and immediately the dream becomes peaceful.
2: 'Oh Holy Theotokos save us/(me)'
When I am self loathing or feeling lonely, this prayer has never failed to bring a warm gentle embrace over my soul like a mother comforting her child. I am filled with love and a sense of being merciful to myself and others.

Many lessons to be learned in one image.
I think the winners of @ModernDayDebate Debatecon 9 were as follows:
The right arm of James
The left arm of James
The pectorals of James
The right leg of James
The left leg of James
I know its controversial but there's no argument that can defeat the logic of his swoll!

The latins cannot be trusted, because they can't even uphold their own councils and dogmas.
What the Latins insist to be true and binding upon your conscience. Today is not the same as what they considered to be true and binding 100 years ago, and is not the same as what they will consider to be true and binding in 100 years.
This is the number one reason why I could never consider Rome is a serious option. Christ Church is established not upon the person of the bishop of Rome, even if he is indeed in the chair of St. Peter. Rather Christ's Church is established upon that unshakable truth: Thou Art, the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Protestants, how do you excomunicate them?
