We are missing token #55 from this morning’s event 😢
If you happened to take this home with you, please reach out to us and let us know as replacing these tokens does come at a cost to us.
Thank you 😊

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE ⚠️
Unfortunately we have to cancel Parkrun tomorrow (11th March) as the paths are covered in snow. The forecast overnight gives temps below zero so the paths are likely to be hazardous.
See you next Saturday…..and YES…we will have treats then instead!🧁🍫
@Ecosparkrun is ON this morning!
See below post from Facebook:
“#itsbitterlycold
We are at Ecos and the course is safe (apart from some ice on the two bridges).
We are salting the paths over the bridge now.
Should be good to go if folks are sensible and run safe
See you soon”

Please share. Becoming a parkrun practice! Earlier this year @parkrunuk @chrissiesmiles & I on behalf of the @rcgp penned a joint letter calling practices across the UK to join the initiative. With already 1500 practices signed up we are eager to get others involved. – at East, England
