We are pleased with the latest brilliant Decision by Hon. William F. Sullivan, Justice of the Superior Court, Plymouth County, denying Lindsay Clancy's request for an evidentiary hearing. This Decision marks a significant victory for the United States Constitution, Michael, and Jurors all across America. The Decision is also yet another devastating setback in this witch hunt wrongly started by Kevin "Shooter McGavin" Reddington.
Justice Sullivan's wise words:
"This Court concludes that any further judicial inquiry is inappropriate, given the mandate that the court must not delve into a juror's subjective reasoning, thought process, view of the case, or relationship to the other jurors, and must not inquire into the jury's deliberative content, collective thought process, or any disagreement among the jury."
Accordingly, together with my colleagues Heather O'Connor and J. Tyler Cox, we call on Reddington to do the honorable thing while he still has a choice: immediately abandon this dangerous and misguided witch hunt targeting Michael; for this is a most dangerous and misguided hunt that never should have happened in the first place.

🚨 LINDSAY CLANCY: NEW RULING
Judge Sullivan has DENIED Lindsay Clancy's request for an evidentiary hearing into the lone holdout juror from her murder trial, which ended in a mistrial on September 4 after the jury deadlocked. The defense wanted to investigate whether the juror lied during jury selection, improperly used a cellphone or refused to follow the judge's instructions. Judge Sullivan ruled that information uncovered AFTER the mistrial cannot be used to challenge whether declaring it was justified at the time. He also rejected the defense's argument that the jury foreperson's notes were unclear. The defense had also asked to postpone the upcoming hearing. That request was also DENIED. The judge has NOT ruled on Clancy's motion to dismiss the three murder charges on double-jeopardy grounds, however. Arguments on that motion and the defense's request for juror records remain scheduled for November 2.

In just the past seven years, property tax revenues across Florida’s 67 counties have increased nearly 100 percent. Local governments are taking in almost twice as much money—for more than the inflation in population has increased.
The State of Florida has reduced its budget FOUR YEARS in a row. Local governments can surely do the same.
Amendment 3 creates a path to full elimination of property taxes for homesteaded Floridians. It also provides immediate and meaningful relief for Florida residents by expanding the homestead exemption from non-school property taxes. Vote YES on Amendment 3!
