The chief legal analyst for a local broadcaster admits Scott Jennings is COOKED in his lawsuit with Hasan Piker💀
"2 secs into watching it, I knew that Scott Jennings was cooked. This is a cookie-cutter example of what defamation is"

🚨Polymarket is forcing hack victims to sign an NDA to receive their refunds !
The terms are insane:
- Full KYC (on a crypto platform)
- *AGREE TO NO PUBLICLY CRITICIZE POLYMARKET*
- Waive known AND unknown claims from the incident.
- Keep the settlement terms confidential
The gag clause is crazy.
It covers all statements "creating a negative, critical, or unfavorable impression,” including on social media.
Polymarket is essentially asking users to dox and silence themselves if they want any refunds for the hack THEY are responsible for.
Thanks to @TheNotoriousSKi for leaking the terms despite the NDA.
What about just owning up to the mistake and replenishing affected wallets ?

🚨Abdul El-Sayed just verbally FLATTENED Donald Trump:
“I will go through a metal detector if you will sit for a lie detector. My first question? Epstein. Second question, did you win the 2020 election? I will go through a metal detector every day if you sit through a lie detector one time.”

Ohio farmers get emotional about a proposed data center next to their land:
I expected to come out to the country and live out our life. At 70 years old, this is all gonna go away. We're gonna see nothing but destruction. And I'm really sad about it.

DoorDash spent years stiffing workers but just coughed up $17 BILLION to buy a competitor.
If you can cut a check for $17 BILLION, you can afford to pay your workers a fair & living wage.
Meanwhile, Trump's FTC is silent as more & more mergers raise prices & hurt workers.
BREAKING: DoorDash just agreed to buy Instacart for $17 billion. Here's what that means for customers and shoppers. apnews.com/article/doordash-…

Dude who caused the DRAM shortage is now scolding people for hoarding memory inside their own laptops instead of giving it all to him.
sam: local inference is a terrible allocation of scarce resources
“a lot of people want local inference, and somehow they assume that the problem is solved now because we have open-source models, we're going to be able to run them on our computers, and so we're not going to need all the stuff in the data centre
but from a global allocation perspective, actually it's quite terrible to have everybody, like, have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer and being used five percent of the time
you want maximum utilisation in the cloud if you're trying to deal with this very supply-constrained environment
somehow many people's intuition is the opposite of that”

NEW: DoorDash just announced a $17 BILLION deal to buy Instacart.
That could mean higher food prices and lower pay for delivery workers.
We can't let corporate giants put profits over people.

Someone just tried to break into my account and somehow managed to BYPASS Google’s two-factor authentication.
Luckily, I had an additional layer of security linked to my phone.
The motherfuckers are angry at me.

I’ve been in this fight my whole life.
Don’t ever let them make you feel powerless. When working people stand together, there’s nothing we can’t do.
Today is the last day to vote early. Let’s go win this thing, Maine.
You would think the fading wing of the party, the Haley Stevens/Neera faction, would be a little bit more conciliatory toward the rising wing. Instead they've set themselves up to get blamed for what goes wrong and not get credit for what goes right because they couldn't stop bitterly complaining for a full 24-hour stretch after the primary.
Even Bernie in 2016, after the convention, was a loyal soldier through the general. I'm trying to imagine the meltdown if Bernie's wife said she was voting for Trump and Bernie responded by going on TV to say, yeah, I don't agree exactly, but here are all the terrible things about Hillary.
Replying to @admcrlsn
i think it’s clear which elements of the coalition play their roles and who are the spoiled children after this cycle
