Yeah, we all pay taxes, and the people you want me to vote for send my tax dollars to Israel for them to murder Palestinians, so I wonβt be voting for them again considering the fact that they donβt plan on stopping any time soon.

Maaan, fuck the national anthem
Charles Barkley calls out LeBron James for disrespecting the national anthem
βI thought that was very disrespectful, practicing a golf swing in the middle of the anthem. I always stand for the anthem. I just think itβs important. We live in the greatest country ever where you can always protest, but I think you have to be very careful with the anthem.β

I find this kinda silly because generation markers are silly and there are many who know that their great grandparents, grandparents, and parents have all been overworked, exploited, and hadnβt seen the American Dream that was promised.

The BTS of how the Jeffery Simmons deal came together, according to multiple league sources.
Having checked in with the Titans several times over the last couple weeks, the message was heβs not available. But this is a reminder, as one team said: βEveryone has a price.β
The reality is that these two GMs β Mike Borgonzi and Ryan Poles β know each other from their days together in Kansas City.
The Bears, according to multiple sources, made a push for DeForest Buckner as well, but didnβt feel comfortable with the draft capital Indy wanted.
Instead, they then pivoted to arguably the best DT in football in Simmons, with the feeling that he changes the entire complexion of the defense and makes them a bona fide Super Bowl threat.
After hearing from as many as 3 other teams inquiring on Simmons, the Titans simply felt that Chicagoβs offer had reached a price where βwe could not say no anymore.β
Thatβs when this thing became serious, and thatβs why it happened so quickly.

Since the Titans just extended Jeffery Simmons, the #Bears are getting him on an extremely team-friendly deal for Chicago.
They only eat around $11M in 2027 cap space for acquiring Simmons. This allows them to still be aggressive this offseason.
