Lovely day for a lunchtime trip to the farm shop, that's the π food & bedding sorted for a while.
Cargo bikes are great, they make so many more trips doable by bike, the hardest bit was pushing it up the slope to the chickens, but then I'd have had to carry it up from a car π

After years of #carsharing, I am considering buying an #OwnCar. But before I decide, I have a few questions to confirm that this is the right solution for me.
Please help me out in this thread π§΅:
.@EE someone has used my email address to sign up to your services. You didn't do any basic verification. Now I'm getting all their account emails. No email address included to contact you on, just a phone number and I've got other things to be doing. Poor show. #GDPRBasics
Love this! "I guess I'm a cyclist" it kind of happened to me this way, it was just easier to do the short journeys. As I whizzed past the traffic today with my daughter, other nursery parents said their 5 min journey was taking 45 mins.

When we build bigger roads, we get more traffic. Congestion briefly gets better, then the same, then worse. Β£Billions is spent in the process.
Instead of dualling roads, what if we used the space for active travel instead? Hereβs a thread on why it should happen.π§΅

Dear @Channel4News
The Y2K bug did not βturn out to be a phantom issueβ.
Hundreds of thousands of us worked our bloody socks off to make sure the world went on working. The fact that nothing went badly wrong took a decade of planning and effort.
Sloppy bloody reporting

So Β£500K retrofit, would save Β£75k if we move out + leave the property empty for 2 years.... No wonder we have so many empty homes, what a perverse law!
@mtpennycook another loop hole for the rich with second homes or even us - cheaper to rent for 2yrs!
We know people who knocked down and started again because the vat exemption made it cheaper, this doesn't encourage sustainable development, we really need to improve our existing housing stock too.

I'm leading a 3-year @Motability funded project 'Monitoring access control removal on traffic-free routes'.
Using Vivacity sensors, interviews & surveys, we'll monitor the impacts of barrier removal on intended & antisocial use.
