As a Muslim, Islam comes first over anything created by AllΔh including Nigeria itself.

Jamila is still in captivity despite her family reportedly paying β¦40m ransom, with kidnappers now demanding another β¦10m. She is said to be pregnant, bleeding heavily, and without medical care.
May Allah protect her and all other captives, bring them back to their families. May anyone involved in this either directly or indirectly never experience peace in their entire lives.
This guy should be apprehended and be charged gravely for his utterances, he should be charged with inciting terrorism.
The concern authorities should fish out this young man and deal with him ASAP.

It was an honour to attend the Hausa International Books and Art Festival (HIBAF) 2026 at SOAS University of London, hosted through the Centre for African Studies, as the director of Uromi-16: The Story, which was screened at the festival. The experience also provided an opportunity to participate in panel discussions, share perspectives on documentary filmmaking and storytelling, and engage with important conversations around African narratives, culture, history, and contemporary realities.
HIBAF 2026 brought together writers, filmmakers, scholars, and creative professionals from different parts of the world, creating a platform for intellectual exchange, cultural appreciation, and collaboration. Beyond the screening and panel discussions, I had the opportunity to engage in collaborative conversations with numerous partners and stakeholders from across the United Kingdom and Europe. These interactions opened doors to new ideas, potential partnerships, and opportunities to strengthen the role of African storytelling in international conversations.
This experience was particularly meaningful to me and the producer of the documentary, @saidsaadwrites, as well as every member of the team who contributed to bringing Uromi-16: The Story to life. Presenting our work on an international platform and engaging with a diverse community of storytellers and partners was a significant milestone for us.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this journey and to the organisers of HIBAF 2026 and the Centre for African Studies at SOAS University of London for creating a space where stories like ours can cross borders, inspire dialogue, and make a lasting impact.

No Muslim prostrates four times in a row like this. Staged. Rage bait. Make money.
A video appearing to show Muslims pretending to pray on public transport in Europe has been shared on X by Islamophobic accounts, which have condemned the group as an example of Muslims behaving badly.
However, viewers have pointed out that the three men do not appear to be performing salah (Islamic prayer) correctly, exposing the footage which depicts fake worship.
Sujud (prostration) is performed twice in each rakβah (unit of prayer), not three or more times, as appears to be the case in the video.
Far-right accounts are known to peddle misinformation such as sharing fake AI-generated images depicting Muslims acting badly in public. Such content is designed to fuel anti-Muslim hostility by portraying Islamic prayer as a supposed βshow of forceβ or an act of βdominationβ.

Youβre trying SO HARD to paint Islam black that you canβt even get the Muslim prayer right.
WHO on earth performs sujood four times in a single rakβah? Not a single Muslim. Not even someone who converted to Islam five minutes ago would pray like this.
If youβre going to impersonate Muslims to spread propaganda, AT LEAST have enough respect to learn the basics of the religion youβre trying so desperately to demonize.
Your obsession with Islam is showing, and so is your ignorance.
