Precision and Accuracy have different meanings.
Precision is how MANY times you are accurate, while accuracy is how good you did something.
Aim for precision, not one accurate game in the eyes of the algorithm. That’s really when it changes.
people will say ANYTHING in a job interview
“I work around the clock”
“I love working”
“I work fast”
2 days later:
- 5 health emergencies an hour
- grandfathers grave gets dug up
- ghosts you
- gives up
interviews are a joke.
paid trials to ACTUALLY know who you’re hiring…
What I’ve learned today, has greatly helped me improve my mental state.
I learned to set short term, reachable goals, rather than long term, unrealistic targets. You’ll get those in the long run, but you must build to get there.
Build and excel in the moment. Work forward.
Have you been struggling with procrastination? Been lazy? Said you were going to do something but ended up laying in bed? That’s me…

Monetization should help players process faster, meet needs, and solve unpleasant uncore related objectives. It can give them an overall upper hand to other players. The game MUST be fun without spending money.
Placing monetization where players will be interacting is crucial.
Too many developers do NOT play their own game.
A system may not be working or UI may be unpolished.
Many developers don’t catch that because they don’t play their game.
Work on what you’d want to play, and obsess over it.
That’s the key.
When designing your first Roblox game, focus on:
• A strong core loop, everything ties back to it
• Low friction between the features and core
• Monetization critical to the game core
• Important metrics - Engagement, Retention, and Monetization
• Your target audience.
FTUE MADE EASY:
1. Make tutorials with pointers and path lines (I still see people that don't even have a tutorial in their game)
2. Kids don’t read, do not be text heavy
3. Don’t add too much stuff in your game, early it simple and easy understand in the first 120 seconds
The way your games homepage looks very much matters.
• Thumbnails should be simple, explaining your game WITHOUT a name or bio necessary.
• Have a simple and easy to understand name
• Have a simple and easy to understand game bio.

ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS pay upon COMPLETION of your tasks...
There are too many lazy developers on the platform to when there is no money on the line they will ALMOST NEVER complete your work.
Hold collateral. Don't be held collateral.
“How much does a 80 ccu game make?”
“How much would my game made if I had 100 ccu?”
CCU. DOES. NOT. DEFINE. REVENUE.
A 200 ccu game can make WAYYY MORE than a 2000 ccu game.
It’s all about how you monetize and if it’s done properly.
500 highly engaged players are people who are engaged and spent a certain amount of money on the platform recently.
With brainrot, the demographic is low spending 5-14 year old kids
This is not good…
Simplicity is KEY. Have simple core/micro loop(s) & features.
Players don’t care about a fancy map or ui if your game just isn’t fun.
Master the basics. Complexity comes next.
Your first 1-2 minutes of gameplay are worth more than your entire game.
BECAUSE
———————————————
If a game doesn’t feel right in 60-120 seconds, they leave.
If they feel interested, they stay.
If they stay, they spend.
