Congratulations to Ysleta MS Theatre on making history at their FIRST EVER UIL Middle School One-Act Play Contest! 🎭 Their production of “Lord of the Pies” earned 3rd place and alternate to the District Contest! They also took home two acting awards and a Stage Manager Award. ⭐️

Congratulations to YWLA Middle School Theatre! 🎭 Their performance of “She Wrote, Died, then Wrote Some More” earned 2nd Place at the UIL Zone Contest and a spot at District! Several students also received acting and stage technician awards, including a Best Performer Award! ⭐️

Today & tomorrow we host our inaugural MS/HS DEAL Dance Assessment at Riverside HS! 💃 Dance 1 students from across YISD will learn choreography on the spot, refine it with their teacher, and perform for adjudicators. Excited to showcase our amazing beginning dancers!
