1/ The next frontier for ETFs is onchain. ETFs transformed asset management by making funds more liquid and accessible. Now, $21T+ sits in ETFs and $300B+ in stablecoins that can’t reach them. Tokenization brings ETFs to that growing investor base. superstate.com/newsroom/toke…

Tokenization’s next chapter is taking shape. CLARITY would help bring regulated assets natively onchain, with enforceable ownership, programmable compliance, and investor protections built in. Read why we support its passage: superstate.com/newsroom/clar…

1/ The IPO was built for a past era. Today, companies can build global brands, raise private capital, and trade in secondary markets long before they list. So how should “going public” look? In ep. 4 of The Pop, @malekanoms asks us to rethink the IPO: youtube.com/watch?v=2mq0rv-v…

1/ Tokenization is only the start. Superstate has built the infrastructure to connect natively tokenized equities to DeFi, preserving ownership rights, compliant transfers, shareholder records, and market integrity. Next: responsible activation. superstate.com/newsroom/supe…

1/ Putting funds and equities onchain is only the beginning. On @Kamino, Superstate assets can be used as collateral to borrow stablecoins and put capital to work in always-on credit markets. See how Superstate and Kamino unlock RWA utility: superstate.com/newsroom/supe…

1/ America leads when builders are free to build. Software developers who do not custody or control customer funds or transactions should not be treated as financial intermediaries simply because they write or publish code. Developer protections are key to Clarity. 🧵

Real tokenized stocks: onchain shares that are the actual shares. ➕ Issued by the company ➕ Recorded through an SEC-registered transfer agent ➕ Same rights as the stock: dividends, voting, etc ➕ Transfers map to the company registry Not a wrapper. The actual share.
Curious to see definition of "real" tokenized stocks. @krakenfx , @RobinhoodApp & @OndoFinance use SPVs to hold stock with tokens acting as claims Pure on-chain firms Superstate and @Securitize work with companies to issue native crypto shares. What route will Coinbase go?

1/ Before an IPO can pop, someone has to build the market. That’s the "underwriting" process. On Episode 2 of The Pop, @rleshner sits down with Alaoui Zenere, Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at @JPMorgan, to explore the underwriter’s role. youtube.com/watch?v=GpVoC1QU…

These IPO failures are the inevitable result of third-party platforms trying to "wrap" or "middleman" securities, instead of issuer-sponsored tokens. When you see a Superstate token, you'll know its created by the company, and you'll know that it can actually deliver a promise

IPOs look simple from the outside. Inside, they’re a game of incentives, scarcity, timing, and control. In Episode 1 of The Pop, @JoeRBLT breaks down how that game gets played. 5 takeaways: 1. Going public too early can close doors. If a company lacks the right growth profile, scale, or liquidity, it can become a “zombie” public company with fewer attractive financing options than it had while private. 2. The “pop” is designed into the process. Banks want demand to strategically exceed supply so unfilled buyers chase shares in the aftermarket. 3. Many shares can’t trade on day one. Lockups mean the day-one float is often just a slice of the company, which is why IPO trading can get interesting quickly. 4. Retail may be underrated. For consumer brands with loyal customers, retail investors may be more natural long-term holders than the old “retail flipper” stereotype suggests. 5. The banker might not be in a long-term relationship. “You date the banker and marry the analyst” because the analyst will be covering a company long after the bank’s incentives have played out. The Pop dives into the hidden machinery of IPOs. Watch our debut episode for an inside glimpse into what really happens before, during, and after the opening bell. Most people see an IPO as a single moment: the bell rings, shares start trading. In reality, getting there can take 6–9 months of preparation, filings, coordination, and execution. On Episode 1 of @SuperstateInc's new podcast, The Pop, @JoeRBLT of @RBLTSecurities walks through the entire IPO process from the decision to go public, to the S-1, to bell ringing day.

USCC is now the @Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund. Bitwise manages the strategy. Superstate powers the rails. $260M+ in assets. 100+ institutional investors. $120M+ used as onchain collateral. Superstate FundOS is bringing asset management onchain.
Introducing the Bitwise Crypto Carry Fund (USCC)—a $259 million tokenized fund* built to provide yield through a market-neutral “crypto basis” strategy. Current annual yield: 4%. Powered by Superstate FundOS. Available to qualified purchasers. More color on USCC: - Runs a market-neutral basis-trade strategy: Holds crypto assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP and sells those assets’ futures contracts to generate yield from the difference - Tokens accepted as collateral in major DeFi markets including Aave, Kamino, and Morpho—gives investors ability to borrow stablecoins against positions - Originally created by @SuperstateInc in 2024. Today Bitwise takes over investment management of the fund; Superstate will continue to run its onchain infrastructure. - Bitwise’s first-ever tokenized fund USCC couples Superstate’s best-in-class infrastructure with Bitwise’s long track record in crypto asset management. Thrilled to partner with a true onchain pioneer to continue expanding access to the full range of opportunities in crypto. Interested? The most bullish interview we've recorded in a while, just wrapped up with @rleshner of @SuperstateInc, due out next week on The @Edge_Pod! We talk at length about the moment DeFi's living in. It's not bearish at all, quite the opposite. We are on the cusp of trillions about to come onchain! "There will be a flippening. It's inevitable. It's just a matter of when," referring to tokenized RWAs onchain flipping the market cap of crypto-native assets. Asset issuers are still in the early stages of selectively tokenizing certain securities (ie T-bills), with powerful tooling developed by Superstate. For example, there's $885M AUM in just USTB! USTB is the Superstate Short Duration US Government Securities Fund, $715M of which sits on Ethereum L1 Eventually, we will have primary issuance onchain, but first we must reach this flippening of tokenized assets trading onchain vs crypto-native assets. We've been predicting this future since DeFi Summer and I think we all honestly lose track of the progress made. It's all happening now, playing out in real-time right in front of us! Stay patient, my frens, DeFi will win.
