Last night we marked #16DaysOfActivism with our 🇪🇺 & 🇨🇦 colleagues by hosting a screening of the film ‘Backlash: misogyny in a digital age’, which tells the shocking stories of women whose lives were changed by #cyberviolence.
Cyberviolence is an increasing problem that often targets women & girls, undermining women’s rights and putting women, children and LGBT+ people at particular risk all around the world.
Last week, 🇬🇧 announced tough new action to tackle online violence against women & girls, to be backed by more than £27m of UK-government funding.
Together, we must fight to #EndGBV.
