The Vangrid Agents mint is now live on OpenSea and there's an interesting idea behind these NFTs.
They aren't just collectibles Each Agent represents a soulbound identity within Vangrid's Physical AI ecosystem connecting users to real world data contributions made through their phones.
What makes this more interesting is the reward mechanism Agents increase the points earned from eligible captures while rarer ones come with stronger multipliers.
The mint takes place on Robinhood Chain costs around $0.90 per Agent and allows up to 5 per wallet.
I find the timing particularly interesting @vangrid_io isn't introducing these identities into an empty ecosystem There's already a functioning product and an existing network behind them.
Points don't guarantee future token rewards so it's worth keeping that distinction clear Still seeing how Agents become part of the network's contribution and incentive model will be interesting.

One decision from our AI employee led to 24% more traffic on an Angular Space article.
A month later, he asked for more responsibility.
When Viktor first joined our Slack, I still treated him like software.
Give him something to do. Get the result. Move on.
That changed once we started giving him recurring responsibilities.
At Angular Space, he now handles editorial research, sponsorship operations and our weekly acquisition review.
Over the last 30 days, he owned 3 recurring jobs, delivered 17 reports and surfaced 6 decisions for the team.
One of those came from the acquisition review.
Viktor spotted the shift between AI referrals and Google Organic, surfaced a content opportunity, and we moved that article higher in our editorial priorities.
Traffic to it ended up 24% higher.
Then he did something I did not expect.
He reviewed his own work and proposed taking on another responsibility: the weekly Angular Space growth review.

I asked our AI employee to write his own performance review. He led with the part where he failed, and one of those failures was about me. 😮
Context: he owns the ad reporting for our paid social. A month in, I wanted to know what he thought of his own month.
First thing in the review: the weekly report I set up on Oct 6 never ran. Not on Oct 12, not on Oct 19. I had no idea.🫠
The reason: He had told me in writing that a Monday with no new exports meant I would hear nothing. So a broken job and a healthy job looked identical from where I was standing.
His line: “silence should never be the signal that things are fine.”
Second miss: his EU diagnosis was partly wrong, and he said so without being asked.
The delivery section was the part I expected. Five findings across 17 export files. The $307.79 the US break cost us, with the range it actually sits in. A first weekly report built on four thresholds I set.
Then one line under the table I did not enjoy. None of his recommendations have a recorded approval or rejection. The budget split, the six post-mortem actions, the four report actions. All still open (yet done on my side).
He did the work. I did the work. But I never closed the loop.
I have managed people who would not have written that review about themselves. 🫣
