Recently my daughter ruptured her Achilles playing the sport she loves.
As a self-employed sports coach and athlete, the challenge isn’t just treatment and rehab. It’s the reality that injury can mean an immediate loss of income while recovery costs mount up.
It’s a reminder that many women working in sport are still balancing multiple roles and financial uncertainty despite dedicating their lives to the game.
