LFT as Head Coach / Manager / Project leader for ERL1/2 / W/NB scene.
Contracted to @G2esports until end of the year but exploring options for 2026.
G2H was my first project as a Head Coach. This year I was also managing the team alongside my HC role. Together with them we became the first EVER all female team to qualify for a secondary ERL in LVP2 this year.
My biggest strength is that I'm really good with people. Finding ways to make the group you're responsible for work less as individuals and more as a unit is something I'm very passionate about.
I'm also very adaptable, something I had to learn this year with bouncing a bunch of different tasks. I'd like to say that I'll squeeze water out of rocks in any project I'm in.

Mistake happens in game
Your options are
1) flame your teammate because they totally didn’t know they messed up and will surely respond well to the criticism.
2) Say nothing. Your teammate will definitely enjoy the silence to reexamine his/her mistake and feel supported to rebound in a positive way.
3) *deep sigh* and/or mumbling - excellent usage of your diaphragmatic breathing exercises to lower your heart rate to remind your teammate to take a deep breath.
4) reassure your teammate that it’s ok, take a moment to acknowledge the new game state and we can move on to the next play.

This feels like a silly move to score a few internet points. He's still going to play and is very much representing NA.
Instead of giving Bwipo a slap on the wrist and trashing material someone worked hard on, wouldn't actually promoting the women's scene be a better approach?
There's an opportunity here that I can't help but feel is wasted. I bet most people don't even know there is a GameChangers right now in LoL...
The Worlds Music Video will now launch on October 13, a few days later than originally planned. Bwipo was featured in the original cut, but given his recent comments, we decided it wouldn’t be right to showcase him in a piece that represents LoL Esports, pro players, and fans. Editing him out required significant changes during the final stages of production, and because he was the player representing the Americas, that region will not appear in this year’s video as originally intended. This was not part of any sanction or competitive ruling, but a decision about how we represent our sport and community on a global stage.
