The prefrontal cortex—a section inside the larger frontal lobe—is the part of the human brain that is primarily responsible for long-term planning, and impulse-control.
When you look at the physical skull profiles of Black vs. White vs. Asian-race people, you can clearly see that this portion of the brain is significantly underdeveloped in blacks versus all other races.
This is why they get violent so quickly when you say a word they don't like, and steal things without thinking about possible future ramifications. It's not because they're evil; it's because their brain physically isn't designed to think in a future-oriented way. (This is also why there isn't a single African language with a word for "maintenance", thus all of the infrastructure that White colonizers built across Africa has been destroyed and looted for short-term gibmedats)
Skin color is only a marker of race; the vast majority of substantial differences between the races are neurological.

I hate to dunk on my bros who are already getting shit on by society but: she is right.
As a man you have no inherent worth, only potential. Society always has and always will see you as disposable. Men are and only ever can be redeemed by competence and virtue (courage, integrity, etc).
There was never and will never be a time when you are handed love, success, and power without extensive suffering and battle. And expecting otherwise is actually doing far more harm to you than feminism or jews or jeets or blacks ever could.
What was supposed to happen is that your father and community imbued you with this knowledge and helped challenge you to overcome your incompetence and desire for comfort, into a man of resilience and power. You didnt have that, and that is a genuine tragedy. And you can definitely lay much of that at the feet of these groups.
But fixating on how you were robbed doesnt actually change anything. You cant go back and change it. All you can do is develop this mindset and your competence now. Late but better than never.
You must give up your excuses. You must understand that this is the easiest it’s ever been to succeed in many ways. You are atrophied more than man has ever been, yes, but if you can muster even a fraction of the courage, conscientiousness, and resilience of your forefathers, you can propel yourself into a quality of life they could never even dream of.

My uncle did a mission trip to Africa to teach a village how to raise pigs for food.
They flew in with a bunch of pigs, built pens for them, Food and water troughs, and taught them how to breed them so they could always have meat. Two weeks of work and teaching.
They went back a year later to check on the village. They had thrown a giant party the night after my uncle left, slaughtered and ate all the pigs, sold the feeders and fencing, and were really pissed off that the mission didn't bring them more pigs.
