Last night we held our Candlelit Vigil remembering those who lost their lives due to domestic abuse in the last year. Each candle and crocheted flower represents a life #16DaysOfActivism2023
Today we held the annual Ellen Strange memorial walk. Ellen’s cairn is the world’s oldest memorial to a victim of domestic violence. Today we remembered Ellen and the women murdered in the last year. @EndeavourDAV @vicderbyshire @edwardfwright
Today we join our sisters in remembering all those women and girls whose lives were snatched due to so called notions of honor.
Today, Shafilea would have been 37. It was her dream to become a lawyer. 💔
