Today and tomorrow, 6-7 November, 100 groups in 15 countries rise up. None consented to Big Tech data centres taking their electricity, water and land.

Things on the up in the UK:
Inflation
Energy prices
Mortgage costs
Rents
All impact the poorest and working people the hardest and redistribute wealth to the richest in society.
Your Party wants to redistribute wealth and power and create a fairer society.

In the words of James Talarico in Texas:
“The real fight in this country is not left versus right. It is top versus bottom … The people at the top divide us by party, by race, by gender, by religion, by culture, so we don’t notice that they are picking our pockets.”
Trump’s billionaire-blue collar coalition has been smashed by class politics.

The new levy must not be wasted and frittered away on vanity projects but must be utilised to truly benefit all Londoners.
The new Mayor in 2028 should have a clear plan on how the income will be spent.
Your Party will ensure it is wisely used.

Great news: the Government has introduced legislation that would give London the power to introduce an Overnight Visitor Levy.
I strongly welcome this step, which could help fund the places, culture and infrastructure that make our city one of the world's greatest destinations, and support our visitor economy.

A Tory Mayor?
After what the Consevatives did after 14 years of office?
London needs real change not more of the same.
That is why Your Party will be there in May 2028

This is why Your Party is pushing for the building of more publicly funded housing and a freeze on private rents.
Sadiq Khan and Labour have simply not done enough.
We need real change in May 2028 at the next Mayoral election.

Less than two weeks before our Your Party launch meeting in Enfield.
Looking forward to meeting fellow members and providing a real alternative for residents in Edmonton and Enfield.
Labour and @andyburnham offer nothing else beyond more of the same.

In 2028, the voting system will change from FPTP to ranked choice voting.
Londoners will be allowed to rank their 2 candidates of preference.
No danger of having to vote lesser evil Labour to keep the Tories out in May 2028.
Electors will be able to vote with their conscience.
Your Party branches are spreading across Britain and London, supporting campaigns and struggles already happening in communities.

In 1980 private renters paid around 10% of household income in rent.
Today it is 39% in England, 63% for the poorest fifth, and the average London rent is £2,338 a month.
Andy Burnham demanded a rent freeze in 2023. As Prime Minister he has just passed a Budget without one.

Enfield Labour sold off Green Belt land to a data centre owner in Jan of this year.
Following the sale of Whitewebbs and support for an inappropriate new town at Crews Hill, it is clear Labour have no concern for our green spaces in Enfield.

Look at these two graphs and see if you can work out why living standards for the majority in the UK have flatlined?
Austerity and continued neoliberalism has seen a massive redistribution from the impoverished many to the enriched few.
What do Jeremy Corbyn, Sir Ed Davey, Robert Jenrick, John McDonnell and Alicia Kearns want to see in the budget?
