Honestly I feel like Gearbox should add more special-tiered (meal, void, hallowed, etc.) items with each DLC where applicable, because it would give so much more replayability/reason to engage with older mechanics. +

They could even prioritise adding items with underutilised effects, such as how before HC, the only source of a double jump was hopoo feathers, and the only explicit source of fall damage immunity was headstompers (no, transcendence doesn't count despite reducing all of it to 1)
