Fabulous evening with Stability Lodge, their last one @ the Royal National hotel London. They move to Great Queen Street in Feb so I hope to be at that meeting too. Last and first.
Probably my last lodge meeting of the year, a visit to Anthony Sayer Lodge 4225 meeting in a London Hotel for what was to be an initiation but now a rehearsal. May as well wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year at same time 👍🎅🎄
Members of Surrey Provincial Choir joined with Middlesex ProvChoir for service of thanksgiving @GuilfordCathedral
Big thanks to our conductor Fred Chandler, organist Andrew Storey, amazing soloist @CherylEnever and my fellow choristers especially us basses🎼

Visiting a lodge in London this afternoon who do a workings (a 3rd• ) that is new to me. It’s based on Taylor’s though so I’m sure it will be splendid.
Great to attend Lodge of Reflection this evening and to cover a Deacon office. Whilst small in number the lodge was large in fellowship fraternity and empathy and the candidate was Raised with true feeling.

I am thrilled and honored to announce our feature on Freemasons’ Hall in the latest edition of the Daily Express. The interview highlights the upcoming Open House Festival, extending a warm invitation to all to visit Freemasons’ Hall on September 9th and 10th. @UGLE_GrandLodge
It was great to be a guest of @SilverMatchbox at Campbell Lodges’ 150th today, and to experience lodge 1330 (Possilpark Glasgow) demonstrating the Scottish 1st Degree too. Lovely presentation to WM Jayson.
Grateful if any of you would consider following my Royal Arch Chapter account - @POSChapter9167 so I can say hello and build that network now I’m it’s ScribeE. Thank you kindly. Please re-tweet. #royalarch #grandchapter
Great to participate in another Lodge consecration today: Lodge 10030 Nigeria Heritage. That’s a lodge that will have a lot of fun, and will also be especially great for any Brethren seeking a Nigerian flavour to masonry. They love to sing too so appreciated Surrey Prov Choir 👍
Invested as ScribeE tonight and survived the meeting & Provincial visit which more than doubled attendance. Can only get easier 🤣
Not long now till my Royal Arch Chapter installation meeting, where I’ll be moving from Principles chair to Scribe E. Looking forward to it 👍
Like the key points from the Pro Grand Master’s ‘Strategy for Freemasonry..’ (ugle.org.uk/discover-freemas…) moving from ‘No because‘ to ‘Yes if’. Step in the right direction don’t you agree?
New Lodge of Concorde 813 at GQS was fabulous this afternoon as Bro Jamie was initiated. Mainly #Taylors workings 👍 and a delightful FB in an Italian restaurant. I do enjoy visiting but don’t we all!
Delighted to be a guest at New Concorde Lodge meeting at Great Queen Street for an Initiation this afternoon.
Another enjoyable Province of Surrey Annual Family Carol Service this afternoon singing with the Surrey Provincial Choir. The church (St John the Divine, Selsdon) was chilly but the singing was strong and a cuppa and cake with Santa afterward soon warmed us all up.
Lovely meeting at Great Queen Street this evening a a guest at Pax-Humana lodge. We also dined there and had a lovely festive board. Great to be able to enjoy a drink & also dine in same place as your lodge meeting.
Black tie today at steward’s lodge meeting today, RIP Queen Elizabeth II, Long Live King Charles III .
Oh my,how great to be at Prov G Lodge earlier today to see W Bro Harding (of my lodge) promoted to DepPGM and another brother SwrdBearer at the Surrey AGM. We overcame transport challenges and I conversed with many brethren for whom this was 1st time at Piov GL. Awesome!
Silly idea time but thought I’d put it out here for your thoughts please? So, lots of us use QR codes on summonses to collect monies. What do you think of having a plastic card (cc size) with the QR code printed on it? Easier to use outside of your meeting maybe? #idea
Got to meet a friend and brother of @guy_sudron at REOS lodge this evening, Jacob Long (who isn’t yet on Twitter). Small world !
