Update time!! new day same issues… now they can’t even get their pilots to show up on time. Supposed to take off at 6:30 boarded at 6:00. Just decided to tell us we have no pilots yet. You stay classy @AmericanAir
to a different gate only for them to cancel the flight. Now they are giving out hotel vouchers but won’t even provide transportation to said hotels. What a horribly run company. Do better @AmericanAir
