I decided it was time to follow my own advice by 'doing' less & 'being' more. This led to unexpected discoveries & the birth of 2 books I am pleased to present.

The Ladders of Death is a beautifully written & compelling historical novel that’s as much a call to action against apathy as it is a portrait of people trying to make sense of and determine how they’ll react to the atrocities of WWII. ~ Cindy Wolfe Boyton ow.ly/SkXo30ldw2Y

It took us 2 days to go overseas June 1. Today while waiting for our connection to winnipeg we are facing a board where most of the AC flights are delayed ( for now) and may well be canceled later on. How come Canada is tolerating such a continuous mismanagement!

Seems @AudreyGordonMB is about the only person who isn't concerned about the impact of #omicron on ICUs & infection rates. She refuses to release epidemiological projections or a plan. She claims she knows nothing of ICU resource shortages. This is blindly walking off a cliff.

This is very concerning. The surgery backlog is growing by the hundreds... Every. Single. Week. This includes quality of life procedures, but heart surgeries are also being canceled and postponed.
