In 49 states, it's just basketball.
Starting to think the Pacers may be the only fanbase comprised almost entirely of actual basketball fans and the other 29 fanbases are mostly mentally ill trolls.

ocarina of time is the greatest game of all time, and majora’s mask is not, but majora’s mask is a better game than ocarina of time. iykyk, i don’t make up the rules
On this day, 26 years ago, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask was released in North America! (October 26, 2000) After only a 15-month development cycle, Nintendo put out one of the most iconic games in the franchise. What memories do you have attached to this beloved title?

Dozens of replies from pro-AI folks who speak as though indie developers hadn't been making games without AI for *decades.* Genuinely weird stuff. I feel like I'm trying to communicate with alien creatures. Really left scratching my head.
Replying to @EricVBailey
So you want game development to take 15 years for them? You dont live in reality

After dozens of replies, I guess I have my answer as to why indie developers would use AI: They don't care about art, or expressing anything. Their only motive is profit. Nothing else matters to them. Got it. I suppose I was foolish to expect anything else. My bad, everybody!
It's legitimately hard for me to imagine/understand an indie game using AI art. Huge corporate game? Sure, corporations suck. But as an independent creator, you should be passionate about creating your art. Why would you want to be bad and dumb and lazy? Why would I buy it?

The only reason to have a multi-site church is to feed the lead pastor’s ego and desire for control. If your church is big enough to have another site, birth it and let it go its own way. Churches aren’t meant to be empires or corporate entities.

AI-generated art in indie games: Would it stop you from buying a game you otherwise liked? Yes / No / Depends how it's used Devs need to hear the honest answer.

Yaxel Lenderborg on his NBA debut and guarding Luka: "I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me... Being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect. That was awful" Transcript of this soundbite: "Yeah, it was interesting. I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure. I had a lot of respect for him (Luka). You know, just watching. I didn't really watch the NBA much, I just watched highlights. Seeing him, you know, kill people all the time. But then being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect, man. Like that was awful. Like me getting frustrated, it's not about the foul being called, it's about him complaining the entire game. And then you get the foul call, congratulations bro. And then you talk to me like you did something great, bro? Come on, dog. That's just weak. It kinda threw me off for a little while, cause you know, like I said, I had so much respect for him. Gone man, gone. I was telling him he sucks, he can't score on me. You talking and you can't score on me. I said it the whole game. I said a couple cuss words obviously, you know, that's why I got the technical and all that. But I was letting him know, because he was laughing and talking all this because of that one foul call. His only bucket on me was a banker from half court. Like I know that it's a team sport. You know, he had 28pts on us as a team. Me, I took my matchup personally. Tried not to get caught on the fouls. Tried my best. I was thinking about playing him with my hands behind my back to see if that worked, probably would've still got a foul call." Transcript via: reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1x…
